I've brought 4 items on the 2nd of may and it the 30th and I have just received the second one I brought $55 worth of clothes so I could get free shipping and they ship them individually I don't understand but anyways the denim skit I got was a medium well it might fit an 8 year old and there wasn't even a button hold to do them up and the shirt I just got was also a medium would also fit an 8 year old it is so thin and crap material can't wait to see the other items would NEVER RECOMMEND!

This was my first and last purchase. I will NEVER buy from this company again. I ordered 2 items: a Solid Tie Mini Dress in 2XL and an American Flag kimono after reading the description and making sure that the size is right. I am a plus size woman and my normal size is 0X or sometimes 1X. According to their size chart I decided that the shirt dress will fit well. When I received it, I could not believe my eyes: the so called "dress" would not fit me even as a top! I could barely squeeze in it, especially in the hip area. I took photos and sent them to the customer service. The item was NOT as described, it runs terribly small! Not even close to their description. Please view the photos. The last one shows their picture on the website, and the others show the real item, how it really fits. They asked me if I have a friend to give it to and offered me a 10% coupon for my next purchase. Can you believe that? HORRIBLE customer servise! HORRIBLE store! Don't ever buy from them!
(BTW, as for the second item, I still haven't received it!) I placed my order on May 15th, today is May 29th. Well, some people here haven't received their orders in several months!

I had a great experience with this company. First time ordering; I ordered two tank tops, a beach blanket and two pairs of sunglasses. I am extremely happy with everything and I will order again. The tank tops were perfect in size and the quality was great! I ordered the MOM LIFE and WAKE PRAY SLAY... LOVE them! The beach blanket is so nice and the sunglasses are great quality and so original. I am definitely going to place another order. Shipping took three weeks... not bad for free shipping people!

When I received the 3 shirts that I ordered, I wasn't overly please with the quality or the fit of any of the shirts. I washed them so that I could wear them and one of the shirts melted to itself in the dryer! I contacted the company to get a refund for the shirt, including a photo of the damaged shirt. Their response was to see if I could find a friend that the shirt would fit and they could give me a 15% discount. I responded that it wasn't about not fitting, they said the most they could refund was 20%. HORRIBLE customer service and products!

I usually don't order stuff online other than Amazon or legit websites that have been around for an established amount of time. I read mixed reviews about this website. Usually when things get bad reviews, I absolutely love it. Whether it be movies, or restaurants. Unless it's a hair salon. Then I won't even risk it lol. I decided to try it for the 1st time and order just 1 thing. I saw a really cute long dress with flowers and it's like the main advertised merchandise for this website. The texture in the photo looked like a rough texture so I decided on it. There is no tracking if it's free shipping but as long as you know your address and it's correct, you should get it within 2-3 weeks. It arrived after 2 and a half weeks for me and although the texture is nylon, not rough as I thought, I still like it. I got a lot of compliments from people and the size I ordered was almost perfect. I usually am a medium but in this case for the dresses I will be ordering small. I assume for the shirts, the sizing is different so I will stick to Medium unless it's a long shirt or ruffly blouse. I am overall really satisfied and I will be ordering again. I would advise ordering just 1 or 2 things at a time just in CASE the other merchandise is not accurate to the website. I am a very patient and optimistic person so as long as it looks cute, I don't care. :) Thanks Fairy Season!

If I could leave 0 stars for customer service I would. I ordered a size SMALL and was sent a size EXTRA LARGE. Fairy season tried to blame their mistake on me, here is the email they sent me:
"Asia size is kind of smaller than EU or USA size.
But as you know that we have posted the size chart in the item page clearly, please check it carefully before making purchase.
So you also need to take partial responsibility for the issue."
THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE and tried to blame me! We have been back and forth through email and they they refuse refund.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT order from fairyseason!

I ordered a pair of pants, and surprisingly they showed up about two weeks after purchase. With this being a foreign website, and my first time ordering, I made sure to review the size chart. I typically wear a size Medium in U.S., but after comparing the measurements I saw that I needed an XL, which is what I ordered. When I tried the pants on, I couldn't even get them pulled up past my thighs. I took out the measuring tape and saw that they were about 25.5 inches in the waist, rather than the 29.13-33.07 inches as advertised in their sizing chart. I've been battling with them for about two weeks now, and it definitely doesn't look like I'll be getting a refund. They keep asking if I can just give them to a friend because "it will cost too much to send it back". I can only be mad at myself though. I should have known better than to order from one of these sites... when the cost of the item seems too good to be true, it usually is.

I had the free shipping and after a month I have to contact them to see where my order was. I was given a generic response... after another 2 weeks the products came. The shirts fit great. However, the sweatpants are suppose to be a medium and they are more like an extra small. I emailed them to tell them I need to either exchange them or get a refund. Their response was for ME to take pictures of the pants including me taking measurements myself and IF the measurements are off they will issue a PARCEL refund.?!?!?!?!?!? Still battling with them about this a week later...
