I ordered five shirts through a Facebook ad, before looking at reviews. I then went on and search for Fairy Season reviews and was scared to learn of all of the negative.

I am happy to tell you that I have now ordered multiple times from the site, and remarkably happy about everything I have received. Everything has been exactly as described on the website, and the quality is perfect. Just goes to show that you cannot believe everything that you read!

Currently seeking legal action and pursuing this matter with BBB, as well as other avenues. I will not rest until these THIEVES are shutdown and o longer take advantage of others.

My order shipped the day after I purchased and I received it 11 days after I got the shipping confirmation. I was iffy about ordering from here, but I'm super happy! Only thing I would say is I ordered 2 of the same items, one a Small and the other a Medium and only the Medium came first. Which I'm not worried I'm sure the small will come shortly after. Sizing wise I'm always a small and a medium fit me perfect (tops)

ABSOLUTE TRASH! Sizes are awful they have no way of returning items so you just end up with a load of crap you cant use. I didnt use the free postage i paid over £8 to get this in time for my holiday as it said 4-7 working day delivery. They didnt even POST until 9 days after they sent 2 parcels which arrived 2 weeks apart. They said 2 items were out of stock (but they had already taken payment) and told me i had to choose replacement items (not a refund) i chose 2 other things which when they came were absolutely AWFUL and no good. I have spent the last 4 weeks emailing backwards and forwards and they only offered me a 20% refund and wont refund the postage i specifically paid for to get them items sooner. I am repeating myself over and over as they clearly dont understand any English what so ever and keep saying 'we have checked and it shows your items have been delivered please let us know if you need anything else'

NOT WHAT I ASKED! I told them i had the items and wasnt happy with them and they just ignore it! Still awaiting any money back and stuck with items that are utter cheap crap. NEVER EVER EVER buying from this company again and neither should you!

I ordered 6 items for my upcoming vacation trip 7 weeks away with expedited shipping; it said my order was shipped 3 days later. After 3 weeks I contacted customer service because the tracking number continued to say "not found". They responded "your order has been shipped; here is your tracking number. Please be patient... blah, blah, blah" So I contacted them back telling them that THEY need to track my order down because it was untrackable in their system and I had still not received it. They then responded; "Unfortunately your order was never shipped; please verify your name, address, etc. and we will ship to you at no charge". NO CHARGE? Like they are doing me a favor when I paid for expedited shipping to begin with?! I had to go shopping 3 days before my vacation trip to spend time and money $$ getting summer clothes to take on my trip! I will NEVER order from them again. Who knows if I will EVER see my order?!

This is a horrible company! They send everything separate. You will get a few things 3 weeks later then a month later, a month and a half later and lastly 2 months later! Looks nothing like the picture or description. Would not allow me to cancel the order. No number to call. They took over a month to answer the first email. They just ask the same questions over and over avoiding the issue even with pictures sent and a discrimination plus the Oder number... They refuse to give a refund any more than 30% after negotiating for weeks! I told them multiple times I do not want this $#*! order! They want me to pay to ship it back which is more than the "refund" because what they dont tell you is its from china. $#*! this company!

Ordered 2 sweaters with kangaroo pocket for a baby to sit in on March 9th. I only just received ONE sweater 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the second. Had I known it would take 3 months to receive something, I definitely wouldn't have wasted my money. My baby is now too big to fit comfortably in it, and it's now SUMMER WEATHER!

Worse service ever

I ordered a whole bunch of clothing a couple months ago. I canceled this order even before it was shipped. They have no number to call, I emailed and tried everything possible to let them know I canceled this order and did not want there clothing. I have been going back and fourth with them. One persons tells me this, then another person tells me that. I was told to wait until I received all the packages then let them know. I did exactly what they told me and now they are telling me sorry I hope you like what you bought. Like excuse me I canceled this and because their people never check anything I still received the clothes and never got a refund as of yet. My fight is not over. This is a pathetic company. I never even opened the packaging. They take literally days to answer an email and every times its a different person who answers the emails.

I ordered a size small romper. They sent to me a large (package even has a LARGE sticker on it). I contacted customer service, asking for a replacement. They've given me the runaround, first asking for photos of the item. I did indeed take measurements and sent photos.
They keep offering me a 20% refund on the item I did not order. I do not want 20%, but either a full refund or the item that I actually ordered. Their emails keep telling me to try it on--maybe it fits. Do they think I didn't do that?
I will NEVER order from this site again, and you should not either.

It is a waste of time and money. I did a reasonable order of $85 plus $11 in shipping. Guess what? Order arrived three weeks later, but not all items, in different shipping though, and today (June 12th, 2017) is the day I am missing one blouse. Oh! Let add that clothes materia is garbage, really bad made and POOR quality. Something they don't tell you is that everything is made and shipped from China!

The company has no customer service phone number. That should give us a clue! Part of my order showed up, and they want me to wait "45-60 days" before they will refund me money!

Sizing: must be Chinese sizes. To small for us Americans.

I wish that I had reviews before I ordered. Do not order anything from this company. They have mailed each T shirt I ordered individually and I have only received 2 to date. The quality of the T shirts are awful and way too big. Keep your money and miss out on the hassle.

I ordered on their website on January 18th 2017 and it is now May 15th 2017 i still don't have the product! I've been going back and fourth with them about the issue. It takes about 3 days for them to get back and they are not refunding me they want to offer me a 10% discount which i do not want as i will never buy from their ever again. Also they charged me for an item that wasn't even in stock! They didn't want to refund that either as they were getting more stock but couldn't provide a date when the goods would arrive to the warehouse.

All in all i will never order from them and don't recomend anyone else to order from them.

Over 150 days on delivery and i still don't have the product.
Charge you for goods when they aren't even in the warehouse.

I put in an order in NOVEMBER 2016 and never received my packaged. It is now JUNE 2017 Ive been thrown around back and fourth. They were supposed to give me a refund. Then changed their minds and said they will not give me a full refund and now they are saying that since the order was put in to late I will not be getting my money back. Mind you I've been emailing them back and fourth since DECEMBER. And this is my end result. I am still dealing with them because this is just crazy!
Customer Service is NOT 24/7 because it takes nearly a week to get a reply. This is not a good company I don't not advise ANYONE to order from them.

If I could leave 0 stars for customer service I would.
Do not purchase anything from this clothing store!
My order showed up and look nothing like the photo terrible quality and then I asked for a refund or return during a month!
They told me to just keep waiting, and at the end, they wouldnt do anything about it (even after i sent pictures many times as they asked)
Terrible customer service on top of terrible close equals negative stars!

I ordered 3 items that looked cute on the web site and didn't review 1st ( my daughter told me after that's what your supposed to do! New to online shopping) 1 item actually said cotton on their web page so thought it must sorta look like the item. When it arrived it looked nothing at all like the item and certainly contained no cotton! They give you the run around! Needless to say nothing turned out to look at all like the photo and it's such a pain to try get a refund! And still waiting on something I ordered in Feb! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
