I ordered a dress before reading reviews and honestly was terrified after making payment. I have ordered from China before ( different company) so I was aware of the tiny sizing. I normally wear a Lg so I ordered a 3xl. The dress came in 2 weeks, my credit card was billed appropriately and the dress fits perfectly! It's also surprisingly well made and the material is of good quality. No complaints here at all. I was very nervous after ordering but I'm glad I did. My experience was excellent.

I ordered $60 worth of clothing and added $10 for expedited shipping because I needed the clothes for my anniversary trip. It has been 2 months and I still haven't received my clothing! I found out that they put a different address on my package and it is stuck 2 states away and will be returned to fairy season. Fairy Season didn't tell me this! In fact I had to do my own investigating with th epostal service and when I put a dispute in with Paypal fairy season begged me to cancel it saying that the address is right. I tried explaining to them but they don't speak good English and their email responses (because you can't call) have nothing to do with what you wrote and all I get is please cancel your Paypal dispute and the address is correct along with stuff I can't comprehend. If you decide to buy from them despite their reviews pay using Paypal because you will get your money back with them!

You've seen pictures on the net about people getting some weird looking awful fitting low quality dress or garment that looks nothing like the advertised picture? This is the place it comes from. Not only did the 2 items I bought look nothing like the picture but 1 item had a huge hole in it. When I asked for a refund for the damaged item I was told NO. Wow how's that for a rip off. I highly recommend you DO NOT waste your money buying anything from this company.

I ordered 2 pants and 1 shirt I ordered them 2 sizes to big because I would rather take them in and make them fit than them not fit at all. After 8 weeks of waiting for them each item was at least 26 inches smaller than what they advertise. I spent $50 on the 3 items, when I contacted them and sent them photos asking for items that are actually the size they said they where they kept avoiding that statement/question and told me they wanted me to keep the items and and give me $11 back thinking that was ok. I offered to send them back and get a full refund or correct sizes and they told me if I send them back "the items would be lost in the mail" like how shady is that? At the end of the fight I have 3 items that don't fit and pretty much threw away $40. Do NOT order from this company they are absolutely shady and you will NOT get what u ordered and you WILL waste money.

OMG, wish I had read all the bad reviews before ordering. Size 2X is hardly a Medium.
I'm thinking of just donating them versus the hassle everyone has trying to communicate & get a refund. The shipping time took about a month. As many others have said, stay away from this company.

I ordered 4 T-shirts from Fairy Season. The first was delivered 4 weeks later from China and the other 3 trickled in separately over the next two weeks. Six weeks to receive my entire order. Ridiculous. Every single shirt was WAY too small. I ordered XL and I'd say they fit more like a Medium. I got out my tape measure and compared the measurements of the actual shirts against the measurements they list on their Size Chart online. They didn't match up at all. When I contacted them, they asked to send pictures of me wearing the shirts, which is strange to me (especially considering the shirts were so small I could barely get them over my neck)... but I did it and cropped out my face. Even after seeing how small they fit, Fairy Season only offered a 10% refund. Pitiful. My suggestion is stay far far away from this company. I'm surprised they're even still in business.

I ordered my shirt on 6/25/17. I selected free shipping which said 8-18 days. I immediately got an email saying my payment had been received and charged and I would get another email when my shirt was shipped. I never got any more emails so I got a little nervous. On 7/10/17 I began reading reviews and got more nervous because they were all negative and the same situation I was in. I checked my mailbox that night and my shirt had arrived, stupid me. The sizing is accurate but everything was from China. But you get what you pay for

This site makes ordering what seem like tons of cute clothes so easily and getting through the process is quick. They don't mention the fact that it takes months to get your items. I ordered a dress the first week in June. It is not July 8th and I have still not seen my dress. Trying to track it is a pain in the $#*! and the wording is in a different language that I had to translate. It still hasn't even made it to the US from China. They took forever to even process the order let alone how long it's taking to arrive. Won't be ordering from them again, not even worth it.

They are terrible. They dont tell you the sizes are ASIAN sizes. So everything is too small and doesnt look like the pictures. Even my AMERICAN flag shirt was an asian size wtf! Then you ask for your money back they wont do it. And they say you can send it back but it would clost you more to ship it and it "could get lost" yeah maybe on purpose. Dony order from them they are terrible. And nothing says its from china. I would never have ordered from them if i knew that! Dont waste your time or money! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

This site is trash. Ordered a shirt for my sisters birthday 4 months ago, still hasn't come in. They have a No Refund Policy, which they don't tell you until after you already submit your order. My friend who actually got the stuff she ordered was soo unhappy with it, she had to throw it all away anyways. Don't waiste your money or time on this BS. Use beilily.com, they actually have the same stuff and free shipping and it COMES IN quickly, will never recommend fairyseason.com to ANYONE.
