If you like waiting for months for your order. If you like reaching zero resolution after multiple emails. If you like being ripped off despite filing a paypal claim and if you don't mind lighting your wallet on fire then by all means buy something from these douchebags. But if you're smart you'll read the reviews of all of the people who have been ripped off, myself included then do yourself a huge favour and buy locally from merchants who respect their customers and provide more service than taking your money and giving nothing in return.

I purchased 5 items from them back on June 9th. I received ONE item out of that order. The item was cheaply made and definitely not as advertised on their site. I have been non-stop emailing them for a refund on the rest of my order and their customer service has been absolutely ridiculous. They constantly come back and tell me to wait another 10 days. I'm fighting for my money back, but I have a feeling it's gone a be a looong fight. The fact that there isn't even a phone number for customer service should have been my first initial trigger to not purchase from them. I will NEVER but from them again and will make sure they are exploited on social media... this company is a true scam!

Never sent my full order, I only received 2 items and payed for 5. The items that were received were not like the picture, and of very poor quality.
It's been 56 days and I am still missing 3 items.
This is a fraudulent site with poor customer service. Do NOT believe the videos you see on YOUTUBE about quality unless it's stating that the quality is poor.
I can't even say you get what you paid for because I did t even get my full order. Do yourself a favour and do NOT purchase anything from this site, it's not worth it.

I sized up 2 sizes, but still ended up with things I could not wear. I should have listened. Be smarter than I am! The t-shirts were of ok quality. But not helpful if they don't fit! The sweaters were not sweaters... they were made out of t-shirt material. Just garbage. I will donate the clothes because life is too short to try to get my money back. Lesson learned. I ordered a watch that was fine. I was prepared for the long shipping time, which was about 3 weeks.

Should have read reviews on this company before ordering. Honestly the worse company I have ever received merchandise from. I understand that the clothing is low priced, but the fabric is paper thin, seams are not stitched securely, and the fabric has an odd odor even after washing.
Not only is the clothing cheap, the Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I had a lost package and they did absolutely nothing about it. They told me that I should contact my local Police Dept and tell them it was stolen. Wow, seems that wherever they may be located, their local PDs have nothing better to do than chase down lost packages. Lol!
Lesson Learned I guess! If it seems to good to be true, it probably is. Stay away from this company..

I ordered several items and not one was acceptable! Poor construction: seams SO messed up it caused major puckering (like machine was catching), poor quality: very thin and see through, poor sizing: very inconsistent and not true to size chart (runs VERY small), terrible/non-existant returns! I have been trying to return my items and get a refund for 2 months now. They have been giving me the run around, I have sent pictures and done everything I can, and now they don't even respond. I have seen a few online reviews that are positive, but there is a reason their average is 1.5 stars! This company is a scam out to send you junk clothing to keep your money!

I ordered clothing from Fairy Season and I absolutely loved them all, and wear them to church often (on my account), the fit was just as they said plus all the I orders came as quickly as was stated. And on my account the customer service was wonderful. I am going to shop there until my wish list has been bought, which will be a long while since I add more to it often and then I will most likely create another. Lol! I want to say thank you for offering beautiful clothing at great prices! Stay Blessed!

Hi Fairyseason marked my comments as spam So I wanted to still let y'all all know Don't buy from this scamming business. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY. It's been a month long ordeal. Takes apparently that long to ship, items aren't sent together, they send damaged items, poor making of everything, sizes r way off (made in china), didn't send an item what ordered, 2 shipments, they've lied to me several times. No refund! They r terrible. PLEASE don't order from this scamming business! Please everyone share this! Word needs to be out bc I'm not the only one having the issues. True scam! Share everyone share. One star only bc no stars isn't an option
