Beware!

I ordered two items on 12/19 and although I paid for the items immediately I have not heard another word from this company. I can not track the order as it was free shipping and they don't provide shipping info. I have tried to contact the company through e-mail and they do not respond. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They take your money and RUN!

This is a terrible company to do business with and I will never again buy from them or support them in any way. I bought shirts from them on December 10th and instead of the free shipping, I paid an additional $9 for shipping to have them here by 5-7 business, per what their site promised. It was January 3rd before I ever received the items. I asked for a refund of the shipping and they are dancing circles with their response to my Paypal dispute. I would send the items back for a full refund but I don't trust them to refund the money. If they would just refund the $9, I would've been a little less bitter but just remember, you get what you pay for with this cheating company. I wonder, can there be a class action lawsuit against this company?

Horrible Company!

This company is awful! Triple ZERO rating! My husband ordered a shirt for me and one for my sister end of November. Over 5 WEEKS later and never received the shirts. He contacted their sham of customer service several times through email and took days for them to respond. They now stated today, January 5th... 5+ WEEKS after he ordered and 10 days after Christmas, that the shipping process is complex and it's from overseas. Really?! Oh my... this is a rip off of a company and wonder if we will ever see our shirts? STAY AWAY AND DO NOT... REPEAT DO NOT... ORDER FROM THEM! They should be out of business! :(

I ordered on Nov 18,2017 did not get my Merry Christmas shirt till January 5,2018. The sizes are not right. I ordered XL was this size for a small women. I would not order from this company. They said they would make it right, I have not heard from them! DO Not ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a shirt from this company on November 29,2017. It is now January 3,2018 and I still have NOT received my item. I have repeatedly sent them emails advising them that I havent received my order and they keep replying it is on its way. I also requested a refund and they completely ignore my request, thankfully it was not an expensive shirt! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I also dont know if they even have a customer service number; in all my emails I keep requesting their customer service number and they totally ignore my request.

Absolute Garbage

Stay away, do not order from this site. I ordered on 11/24/17 hoping to receive items before Christmas and have yet to receive any of the 8 items I ordered. I highly regret not reading the reviews first. Tried to reach out and locate my undelivered items that just had tracking in Chinese and seemed to be stuck out there in god knows where... and their customer service is always apologizing for getting back to you late when you reach out. I realize there may be a time difference but this site is not transparent in delivery times or setting expectations. I am baffled they are allowed to do business. With so many great companies out there delivering great products and in no more than 2 weeks I highly recommend staying away from FAIRYSEASON, you never know when or what you will get.

Absolute rubbish!

Bathers are crap! Do not buy anything from this site! Bottom is a AU10 but top is an AU16! E-mails are rubbish and they keep ignoring my refund request. Am furious! Still waiting for my complete order. Why are they still aloud to operate when all feedback is negative?

I placed my order on 12/7; I ordered 5 items, even paid for the standard shipping which stated 5 to 12 days.
Still waiting! Can't speak to anyone on the phone, I only have a tracking number which says it's in transit.
It doesn't tell you in advance that it's coming from China.
I would NOT advise ordering from this company

Ordered items for Christmas at Thanksgiving and still have yet to receive them. I did just get my Thanksgiving shirt yesterday 12/19/2017, a little too late. Don't waste your money. Ships from China and is very slow and sizing is completely off. Sizes are 2-3 sizes off.

Super slow shipping with no way of tracking your items. Items do not fit true to size. I ordered a size larger just to be safe and so it would be comfortable for lounging. Item is tiny. Does not fit at all.

So disappointing. Save your money!

Worst customer service ever. They sent a product that was broken, would not send a replacement even after sending pictures. Finally after two months offered a 30% refund which seemed completely unfair but what ever. They gave me a 10% refund. Dishonest horrible quality.
