I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Worst company EVER. I bought one tank top from them over two months ago, still haven't received it. I gave them about a month and then e-mailed customer service and they told me that the item wasn't in stock. Maybe that is something you should post on the website? So then ironically the next day, I get an e-mail saying my item has been shipped and to allow 10-15 business days for shipping. Well that was about 6 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten the shirt. When I emailed them yesterday their response was "As an international shipment, it requires complicated shipping procedures, so it will take some more time. Could you kindly wait some days?" Seriously?

Thankfully, the shirt was only 11 dollars because I don't think I'll ever be receiving it.

I placed an order before I realized it was from China. Then I read reviews on separate site and decided I'd just lost my money. They did respond to my emails, asking me to be patient. My order was shipped in separate parcels. Received them 2 months later. Expecting the worst, I was pleasantly surprised! I really think the shirts are cute, unique and super affordable! They look exactly like the website. I was glad I sized up because they do run small. Again, I was disappointed by how slow delivery was, but think it was worth it considering the price. If I order again, I will just anticipate waiting a long time.

I bought some clothing for my girlfriend, they decided to divide it in 4 packages, for some reason, and I only got two packages our of the 4 they "sent". Oh, and unfortunately the packages with only one item inside each one arrived. So I contacted Customer service because I've been waiting for 3 months, for these packages to arrive, and all they've asked me was my information once again so they will send me my missing items again, but another month has passed, and I haven't got my items. I talked with customer service, and they haven responded to me for another month. I will never ever use or recommend using this website...!

$75 dollar order,. They offered $18 for their crappy, late products. Nothing fits well. They have short arms but the rest fit (3 shirts). They were for Christmas presents so when they didn't come, I had to go out and get something else for my daughters (I ordered these November 4th). I'll console myself with "It is a lesson" and do my research. I haven't found a Chinese clothes company yet that looks as good as it does on the ads. I wouldn't mind buying from them, but even the precise measurements they listed were incorrect. I'm still livid at this rip off. I'll get over it.

Stay away! I saw an ad on Facebook and impulsively bought a shirt. It arrived weeks later than expected, irregular in shape and not as depicted, and with defective screen printing. Round and Round on email and they offered only $2 and for me to "kindly keep the product". When I said that was unacceptable, I received notification that I needed to pay for return shipping to China for a refund. I will just donate the shirt and never use them again. 6 emails and a Paypal dispute later--they win once. But they will NEVER have my business again. And I wish that I had researched and seen the abundance of negative reviews first. What you see is NOT what you get.

I think I saw a sale for Fairy Season on Facebook so I checked it out. Had I read reviews before buying, I would have been scared away. But I didnt read reviews and ordered two shirts and a pay of socks on 12/27. All three arrived on 1/12/18. Pretty quick considering its from China. I do hate that they arent up front on that aspect! The quality of the shirts are decent. Overall, Im happy but I dont know if would try my luck again.

I ordered Christmas tshirts 2 months ahead, I received them 2 weeks after Christmas, I emailed at least 20 times, was told the order is stuck at immigration trying to get into country, I asked to get an address to mail back, the lady said just keep until next Christmas and we will refund you $5.00. I said I want to send back, was told after they are delivered can not be returned. 2 tshirts I was told the money was refunded, never saw a refund. I ordered 15 tshirts, I will never order from these crooks again!

I should have read the reviews before ordering. The item I received is not what I ordered. I contacted their customer service and followed their instructions on what to do. I was not asking for a refund, I wanted the item I purchased. I received an email asking if I would take a 50% refund. I said no, I wanted the item I purchased. Every day for a week I received basically the same email, only worded a little differently, asking me to take a 50% refund. The wording was changed to make it look like I had requested a full refund and they were doing me a favor by giving me a 50% refund. The last email I received was asking me to "meet in the middle" and accept a 70% refund. Why would I accept a 70% refund, paying 30% for an item I did not order and do not want? This company is a scam. They advertise products, send items not ordered, then expect the consumer to let them keep half of the original purchase price as a courtesy. Yes, the items are cheap, and mis-sized. They are shipped from China, there is no way to track the packages, and they take a long time to get. I expected that, and was okay with it. What I am not okay with is not getting what I ordered and paid for. If you order from this company you should expect a very high probability of losing your money.
