I am a Canvas customer (from before it became Fair) and Andres's superb customer service just saved my vacation! He listened with compassion and understanding to the issue
Excellent customer service experience via Andres Q.
Although the car took 5-7 days to arrive Josie and the team were extremely helpful and considerate of my time and the inconvenience the delivery service brought with the delays.
Fair offers a ton of potential. They do a lot of things great about making the whole procees seamless. It really is easy to get a vehicle. Aaaaand that's about it. Trying to contact their customer care team is such a disgusting and tedious task. Literally no one picks up the phone. Their email service takes days for a response. My Fair vehicle started leaking and I needed to get this figured out immediately to ensure no long term damage but trying to contact the team to initiate the benefits they offer is impossible. It is genuinely the most awful experience I've had trying to utilize their services. If they offer so many great perks
Fair makes it so easy to find cars you want to buy for low prices
I was so very apprehensive about this concept. I'm very happy with the service. Credit check was smooth
I've used Fair for three vehicles so far. A Jaguar F PACE that I absolutely loved! (Sad to see Jaguars aren't carried anymore) Fair helps me get into a nicer or a more economical vehicle. Plus I have the flexibility to change cars as my needs change for example as my next car will probably be a Tahoe to go on camping trips and so forth. With any startup there's been some internal issues that come with it but I've seen Fair push through them all especially as an early adopter. I mean what service picks up a car from you at your home sends you a rideshare service to help you pick up a car or delivers it to you home? Each time I've picked up a car
The Uber driver program is in really unfair. The make you paying $500 upfront ( like you're owning the car, non refundable) and a weekly fee before getting the car. At the end the driver can end up pay more about $700 the first week. It is unfair to charge drivers about $700 for a car. To all drivers is not worthy to get a car from Fair if you're not driving it for months.
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
