And doesn't offer basic app or site features. Frustrating. I dislike app A LOT. I did lease a car - process was easy just getting car is u clear delayed lacked key information and now that I want to explore anther car low inventory and difficult to search other cities to check their inventory unless I use my computer and access site. On site not showing me pricing. All around it's a frustrating user experience. I can't stand the app."
I've tried plenty of ways to upload my Driver's license and have not succeeded. I have been in contact with support and they have not helped out at all is there an online desktop version of the app because it doesn't give me options to do any updates on here.
My man David was very helpful and really took his time to help me out. I appreciate great customer service and he's shown that today. Thanks for everything!
They make many mistakes over the phone with their offices departments. Long waitings. And on their app why we can not make a payment like the others app?
Trying to use the app to update my address and no option is provided. The app does nothing when I tap on my address. Then I go to support and enter my question and hit submit to get a white screen with nothing on it.
David has helped me multiple times on the lot. The manager at the lot Nik was very helpful and made sure customers understood the process for pickup. I couldn't be happier with the service and they are incredible asset to fair. From the heart!

I am very please with the service that I received at the Fair Station Clairmont. After more than 48 hours on the phone going back and forth between Uber and Fair I decided to go stop by the Clairmomt station. Long story short
I am happy to say that I received the best service today from the Lawndale office. I was having problems getting my car registration and Nik was so helpful in me receiving it and getting me on the road. Great job!
Honestly I was very upset how they up charge The insurance from $99 to $319 i'm going to return my vehicle

Great experience: Instead of struggling with car dealers fair offers a fully digital service with fantastic flexibility. Shopping a car with a smartphone in the App is a completely new experience and works all the way through to signing the contracts. First time i used Fair (for Uber)...(San Bruno only 3 makes from which to choose and the total vehicle count was one-third of the 27 boasted. At arrival the correct office i needed to go to was not only difficult to locate on top of that it was unattended for quite some time before a guy finally came by. When it came time to sign contract he informed me it might take up to 24 hrs for the vehicle to show up on my Uber account. WHATTTTT.? In my experience with another company the car was on my uber account sooner than i walked out with the keys to go drive the car. Then the car did not show up for quite some days later and when it was there
