So I downloaded the app because I heard wonderful things about it and that you can get a car to rent for Uber quickly and my anxiety is going through the roof I don't want to choose locations again since I'll be at the bottom. They said a few days but to be honest it shouldn't take this long I really can't wait to get my car make the 215 payments and pay my bills :)"
Seemed like a good deal a month ago but after the 300%+ increase in start payments in the same way creditors sense red flags when one person applies and/or obtains multiple new accounts/debts in a short amount of time bc they could already know they're dying (for example LOL) so whatever I wonder what Fair is preparing for!?"
I reserved a car to rent online. I put deposit. But I didn't get a car for a week. They keep put me on holding. My question is If you don't have a car to rent
They will give you a lemon and expect you to pay full price for it!
Crystal who is a fair employee in atlanta fair station was more than helpful in providing me services and getting me in to a new car she was so understanding and went up and above to make the customer happy thank you so much i hope fair has more employees like you to keep this company great!
Every time I open the app it's a different down payment which makes no sense last week I was getting a 2016 bmw for $1200 down now they want $6.200 lol why would we pay such a down payment for a rental vehicle to me makes no sense maybe I'm wrong
The starting payment they are asking for is ridiculous! People can actually buy a car with that much money. Why would anyone pay that much for a rental car? YOU ARE CRAZY "Fair."

When I chose this company I thought how lucky am I. I booked the car and then I called them and spoke to customer service and they said I would receive the vehicle within 24 hours but instead I get a notification later saying that there is a waiting list & they don't know how long the wait will be but this was all after taking my money. Where I could've used for another company that actually has inventory how can this be called a business when they don't have inventory! It has been passed 9 days and I'm still waiting. I called again and spoke to the manager and instead being helpful she tells me I can go ahead and cancel how can you say that to someone that has been playing the waiting game for 9 days with you SMH! I'm Livid! Horrible Company! STAY AWAY! Don't rent from them you will starve to death and never start working like I am doing right now.
This is literally the worse car leasing program you can sign up. Getting the car was easy but when it comes to the returns I noticed my status was still at "Confirming times" and by 4pm nothing had been confirmed. So I called to see when my car was being picked up and I was told between 4 and 6 on 10/29. NO ONE EVER CAME. I took 2 days off for this & no one came. I called again & they said "we'll have to reschedule" so I took an additional 2 days off 11/2 11/3 and 11/4. No one ever came. I called again & was rescheduled again. Took another 2 days off and no one ever came. Called and rescheduled again to 11/10. No one ever came. It's been TWO weeks of the back and forth and today when I called I found out that 1- the pickups don't happen on the weekend and they are not sure why I was rescheduled to a Sunday (as if that's my fault) and 2- I can be charged again if I still have the car by next bill cycle. The car has still not been picked up and it's scheduled for pickup on a whole other week later. The customer service is the worse. Everyone gives me different information and no one is able to do anything. It's like they purposely are waiting for you to be billed again in order to charge you. Save yourself. It's not worth it AT ALL."
Fair is the reason why I've been able to have a car in the first place. I loved the company in the beginning because they allowed people like me (who had a huge barrier to entry to own cars because of finances) to have a personal vehicle at a lower cost and commitment. I used to believe that they had a genuine interest in keeping true to this until I saw recently that they hiked start payments from what used to be $1000-$2000 on average to $3000-$5000 on average. Sure
The only thing that's puts me down is when I Reserved a Car and not getting it right on Time Scheduled.
How can they advertise they have faster service for returning customers ya is 5 to 7 day wait fast I feel it's a rip off
If you get behind of payments they'll pick up the car and once you pay the money back the car will not be returned to you
I've had my Fair car for a year now. It was so easy to find and obtain this car. The customer service at Fair is exceptional and I've had all great experiences with them over this past year.
You tripled your down payments out of nowhere. Who is your app appealing to anymore anyway. Such a shame!
So far my experience doing business with fair has been excellent. I will definitely keep doing with them for a very long time. Thanks a lot
