I went to the Fair station in Lawndale today to pick a vehicle up to drive with Uber. This is not the first time I went to that location to pick a vehicle up for the same purpose attentive and hospitable. He was truly very helpful. This is very appreciated and helpful. Thank you for all the work you do Lawndale Fair Station and especially thank you David! Jamil"
David Damon vare very nice and kind and trying to help everyone but their manager made lots of restrictions for them I do not recommend this location until they really Change their strategy or improving management system!"
This is incredible and very user friendly (Daisy was very helpful)
Cust service don't know anything. They asked me for documents which I have already sent and then they said your account is deactivated check back after 2 days. Cust service don't want to help
Came into Claremont hub for some service in reference to my leased vehicle and Uber driver account and Rudy was patient
Todo fue muy rápido y hasta la fecha nada de montos ocultos. Me gustaría saber cómo es el proceso de devolución del vehículo!
App has worked well providing information on same or similar vehicles provided by different dealers and you may come up with a good deal if you are looking for a lease.
Fair has been a godsend for me. I hated all the drama of cars breaking down
My car broke down so I was on the need to get a rental
I worked with Beverly who was fantastic in her efforts to assist me. I had many questions which she patiently answered them all. She provided a ride for me to pick up my car. Beverly's customer service was top notch in her efforts to make the process as easy as possible for me. I would recommend Fair to my family and friends or to others who are looking to acquire a vehicle through. Fair.
Jack at the Irvine lot helped me out He is perfect
This was an easy option for me and my family. We recently totaled our family car and were stuck with the position to have to get a new vehicle. I typically buy my cars but since I had to figure this all out very soon
The payment is always due but you can view it as a reasonable rental car instead of being shackled to Uber and ride sharing. The variety of vehicles available is amazing covering a spectrum of styles and capabilities. From compacts like a Yaris to SUVs for $100 to $160 a week. Hybrids too. Fair might even provide you an Uber ride to pick up your Fair vehicle within reason. In addition their phone and chat support reps are outstanding. They have answers to your questions
I love Fair. Leasing a car with them couldn't be easier but their customer service always leaves me wondering if they're trained at all. I wanted to get a referral code from them the other day and called the customer service. It turned out they sent me one last year and it expired. A representative I was talking to said he was not sure if they could send another one as it was up to the marketing team and he didn't really know how they work or how to talk to them (?). He also said he'd try to reach out to another department that might help but again he was not sure if they'd even answer. I'm just surprised that people working for the same company have such bad communication that one department can just simply ignore other department's inquiry. Or this particular rep didn't know much and didn't know who to ask if he needed additional information. It'd be great if the customer service was a bit more knowledgeable or at least knew who to ask and was willing to go an extra mile for their clients. So far most interactions with them end up with me needing to go that extra mile. Btw
I tried to just browse through the vehicles and when I first logged in it would let me then one day it need random confirmations. Then one for my license again... making me feel like there's something wrong with my account and I reached out and there's an error between my email and my Uber account I was using. But the whole thing lead to them having to erase my account because the only way to allow me to browse is through a new account? Which he couldn't tell me when they would be able to actually do that either... 2-4 days for deleting and then no specific amount of time to make the new one... none of this made any sense so I just asked them to delete the account...
I was looking for a car for my short term stay in bay area
First car- I go to pick up a Dodge Charger. The car had four worn out tires. It was so bad I refused to drive the vehicle off the lot. I received a refund a week later but the damage to my credit score was done. Second car- I ordered a Passat and three days later they tell me it's not available. Third car- I canceled the order since I found a better option. Fourth Car- Camry-two day wait
I never knew that you can have a car without the commitments he only only thing I do t like is that certain cars aren't available
I was looking to get a car from fair with a start payment of $1000 and then woke up next morning and the start payment was $4000! Like who would ever pay $4000 when your never gonna own the car it's a monthly subscription.! This App was good while it lasted but now it's just a joke don't waste your time guys.
So I downloaded the app because I heard wonderful things about it and that you can get a car to rent for Uber quickly and my anxiety is going through the roof I don't want to choose locations again since I'll be at the bottom. They said a few days but to be honest it shouldn't take this long I really can't wait to get my car make the 215 payments and pay my bills :)"
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
