Return Policy - bury it then abuse it.

Two issues, one with Garmin and the other with the FactoryOutletStore. Garmin has major differences on models but are so close in name you can get confused. That was the root of the issue. Returning the refurbished item will cost me dearly. The device was extremely uncooperative doing the updates and the instructions weren't even close.
Between the shipping and restocking fee I would be better off donating this to a non-profit. If I return it because it is neither what I wanted or its technical difficulties I would end up with the same unit. This company has you coming and going.

Pathetic Company

Company failed to ship ordered product. Wanted me to contact my credit card company to file a claim. Wanted pictures so aid in warehouse investigation. Wanted me to do all the work and have credit card company pay for it. Investigation completed and a reshipment was sent. Once the product was reshipped and received one month later, it was used. Called back with pictures of used product received and got my 200th apology. They are sending a return label and now going to credit my credit card. They will not reship a new product and are claiming they will provide a credit. Do not buy or do business with this company.

Bad TomTom

Bought a Refurb TomTom from these folks Online - Big Mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE - buy locally so you can have a relationship with a reputable dealer. This outfit does not care to work with you about a problem with merchandise outside of their Warranty period. My TomTom worked at first but after their 90 day Warranty expired, stopped acquiring any satellites, just a frozen screen reading it was trying. I thought they might stand by their product but no, they just recited that it's only covered for 90 days & I should "see the manufacturer". Wasted my money & should have just bought a new one or a refurb from a local dealer.

I purchased a mattress and box spring just less than a year ago. The noise the box spring is now making is awful! It sounds like it's coming apart. It makes this noise even when my 10lb. Cat jumps on the bed. The policy is to exchange the box spring but charge $100 to ship it. That is ridiculous. If you sell a faulty product still under warranty there should not be a charge. I will not be purchasing from them again. Ever.

Purchased a replacement battery for my Dyson Animal vacuum at the end of Dec 2021 and by March it was having issues charging and and would not always run the vacuum. Now I get yellow flashing lights when on the charger. When I use the Dyson after a few minutes the unit pulses on and off.
Called them, they only warranty for 90 days.
I would never use them again.

Before I throw away my complaint to the Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division in Columbus, Ohio, I want to write a negative review regarding Factory Outlet Store. I ordered an electric cat collar for my daughter's cat. It came and it was the wrong kind. I sent it back and they sent me a correct one. Then they charged me for the one I sent back saying that they never received it even though I sent a proof of mailing to them. I basically paid for two collars. I spoke to their CS Dept. and was assured my refund would be forthcoming. It never was credited to my account. They lied. Then they said since they never received the product back, they couldn't credit me. I filed a complaint with the AG's Office where their main outlet is. The AG's office called personally because they wanted to apologize for letting the statute of limitations lapse on my complaint. So I was and am basically out $31.95. I will NEVER speak kindly of Factory Outlet, nor will I ever buy another item from them for as long as I live. They're crooked. Buyer Beware!

These people claim to be a garmin factory store they are not part of garmin they are very much untruthfull i bought $2700. 00 dollers of not working product i have had for 60 days i just whanted my money back they say no the also cant help with the warranty i would have to find a garmin factory repair shop i thought i did when i bought it it says on there wed site garmin factor outlet the people that sell and ship there lies should think whatabout

I am a young senior citizen, who needed a specialized battery for a wireless phone extension. There were no hardware stores that carried the Ni-MH AAA battery I needed to I went online.
FACTORYOUTLET STORE.COM popped up with the exact battery I need.
I called the phone number placed an order. The person taking my order said,
"5 business days for delivery" (the order was placed on March 10)
March 17, 21, 23, I received email notification FROM UPS, that the delivery would be by 7 p.m.
I do you have the batteries, because I don't.
I've contacted FACTORYOUTLET STORE MORE TIMES THEN I CARE TO COUNT. Each time they change the "delivery days from 5, to 7 to 8".
Upon speaking to a heavily accented person, I was informed that the shipping is NOT DIRECTLY WITH UPS, BUT A COMPANY CALLED MAIL INNOVATION.
UPON CHECKING THE DELIVERY ROUTE, MY ITEM WAS SENT FROM SYOSSET, NY TO EDGEWOOD, NY, TO BRIDGTON, NJ, TO JACKSON, NJ (which is where I LIVE) to BALTIMORE, MD.
DO NOT EVERY ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never use this store

I bought a device I had heard about from the cat whisperer and i ordered it almost a month ago, originally it couldn't be delivered because this place couldn't figure out shipping and USPS tried to charge me an additional 12$. It was then sent back to them and they told me to wait until they got the item back and they would send this to me again (that makes no sense, just send me another one and keep the one returned back to you) i was informed to wait 10 days, which i did. I got back to them after the 10 days were up asking if they had received it and was told no, they asked me to wait an additional 2-5 days for the "investigation to be resolved" i waites 6 days and did not hear anything yet again so I reached out again today and was told to wait AN ADDITIONAL 25-48 hours for an "updated status" this place is obviously a scam and if this trend continues which it seems it will i will probably have to go through my bank to get my money back.

Ordered a "refirb" Jabra earbud to tryout. Came broken. Buds would charge, could get them to sync. But only one would play any sound. Right one could control, but no sound. Never again...

I think this company is located in India but using a NY shipping address, which is fraud. Worse service and customer relations I've ever encountered. Company says 2 til 5 business days for delivery, I order on Jan 8th and received product Jan 25th, what calendar are they using. Never again.

Beware, do not buy from these people. Purchased a 61LM Garmin. Worked for a few days then quit. I returned the unit having to pay the postage myself and requested a replacement. They gave me a refund of my purchase less 15% and less shipping and handling, never responded as to why I got a partial refund and not the replacement I requested.

Was Told I'm Stuck With Damaged Phone

Received phone damaged from being improperly packaged (both handsets thrown together in a bag with no packaging or protection between the)m. Sent photos of the damage. Was told that, being reconditioned, I have no recourse. Stay away from this fraudulent company!
