I placed one order and never received it. They told me that it was on backorder for a couple of months. I asked: why do you have the phone listed as available on your website and promise that it would be shipped the next business day and do not fulfill your promises? They said that it might become available at any time. Go figure.
Received a pair of sunglasses ($5.00) per order# & tracking # istead of BOSE Wave System. Do not buy.
I purchased a lawnmower 2 months ago, tracking says it's been delivered a month ago,, in contact with these people they keep telling me to be patient, I told them my package is not coming! They are not replying, i told them via email I want a refund, they will not respond! These people are big scammers pls avoid them people, you will be greatly disappointed! Know I have to buy a lawnmower and seems I will be out of pocket for this, very upset!
Bought an item for $69.99 and took them over a month to see they sent me a $5 scarf. Customer service wants me to send them the item back which would cost me more money, wait until it gets back to them in a month to fully refund monies. Than they are saying keep the scarf and we will refund you 60% of your money. I keep refusing now they are offering 75% return of my monies and return the scarf at my expense. Don't buy from them
Do not buy from this company! I ordered lawn chairs which it indicated was from Lowe's. After several emails I received an order. I received a cheap knee brace. No where can you find a phone number to call and complain. Sent another email but probably will not get response. I looked at site and it said USA provider but that was a lie!
Tried and tried to find tracking info on my purchase for over a week. Nothing. Finally called them. It was put on back order but they never bothered emailing me that info. No idea when they'd get it. So I canceled. I also had written them an email about it -- never replied. Highly recommend not using this company.
The web site said it would be shipped from Los Angeles, California and I would have the product in 5 to 7 days. Here it is 5 weeks later and all and all I get is a tracking number that says it is in transit be patient. Low and behold it is in China not the USA. All it gives is a contact email to get help. The email comes back as no such address. Why someone does not want to help me is a mystery I'm fixing to notify my credit card company that this is a scam not to be trusted.
Ordered ATT CLP******* Cordless Handset phones 04/01/2023 on line, rcvd 1 phone on 04/07/23 via DHL, only rcvd 1 phone waited a couple of days waiting for the additional phones. When they didn't arrive contacted customer service and advised what happened. Had to submit a picture of the small box I received was advise it would take up to 5 days for the to check with DHL & Warehouse. My question what was the issue the tracking number was on the package, they could see it on the picture I sent, they knew they only sent the one package but no one seem to care. Had to call back 5 days later and request either the rest of the phones or a refund. Was advised a manager would contact me for the next step. Today received the call advising they were sending the rest of the phones, mind you via post office, not DHL even though it was their fault.
1 - Ordered a "new" transmitter (Dogtra) to replace my lost one on 11APR23 and received the order on 14APR23.
2 - The "new" transmitter was not in original packing and only placed into a manila bubble wrap envelope with a packing list.
3 - The "new" transmitter was defective upon receipt (the second/middle digit that indicates power levels did not work).
4 - Called FactoryOutletStore.com (FOS) to request a new transmitter and was told they could NOT send a new one until the old was received by them first. So... Due to THEIR error (shipping a questionably "new" item that didn't work correctly), I was now going to be forced to be without a transmitter until they get the old one back.
5 - I asked for them to ship new one while I kept the old one. Upon receipt of properly operating transmitter, I would return their defective one (in order to maintain training for my me and my dog). NOPE! Their "process" won't allow them to ship me a properly working item while I still kept the one they sent earlier, unless... I pay for a new one FIRST! In other words... I have to literally pay for their mistake.
6 - They had all my payment information (and could have charged me if I decided to keep the inoperative transmitter (Why I would do that, I have NO idea.) and they were going to send a return shipment label for the broken one (so they had the means to track the return)... NOPE!
7 - I went from the guy that answers the 800 number to "Scarlett" (that sounded more Hindi than American) in "escalations" to "Jane" (Scarlett's Hindi neighbor) and still got nowhere.
8 - Their business practices are simply wrong. If you ship someone a POS item, then you need to make it right. I will NEVER do business with these people and I cannot recommend them for ANYONE - unless you like getting screwed over.
I purchased a Panasonic electric razor model ES3831K. I tested it once and the razor did not shave for crap. When I called seeking to return the razor, I was informed that because it had been used it could not be returned. Don't buy this razor and don't buy from Factory Outlet Store.
I ordered like 100 dollars of things and it's been 6 months with no further updates or items revived.

In October 27 I received my order of a headphone and adaptor for my office manager. The headset was damaged and appeared used. I called FactoryOutlet Store and they said they would replace it and to discard the defectife one. On November 23 I received the replacement headset and it was defective. I called and told these people to refund my credit card and asked what they wanted with my defective orders. They ask me to send photos, which I did, and said to discard them. I chose to hold on to the defective sets in case of a problem. Orders.
I received a refund for the headset but not the adaptor. When I called about this, the agent had the gall to say they would not refund a purchase made over 30 days. What would I do with an adaptor for damaged headsets- which by the way the second piece of junk came 30 days after my original purchase.
This is not big dollar amounts, but I find this company to be sellers of cheap junk, that they replace with cheap junk telling you to just discard their cheap junk. And then refuse to refund the accessory piece that goes with the cheap junk.
Postscript. The issue was resolved.
I recently bought 2 Savi w720 devices. I had some technical issues come up when I tried to use them. I called Factory Outlet's customer service number. Turns out, they have no phone customer service, but after following the prompts they tell you to email them. When I emailed them, they told me to reach out to the manufacturer. Be aware, if you buy from Factory Outlet and have issues with the product, they will not provide ANY customer service or technical support. Id advises going somewhere else.
Ordered a trolling motor, was told it was being shipped from the next state. Was expecting, kept checking for a tracking number, Never got it. Called, they said it was cancelled, Never notified me, and I had to dispute the charge on my CC. Will never order or deal with this company again.
Ordered some filters marked 16*20*4 to replace my Honeywell filter in April. When it was time to replace them a couple of days ago, and I finally opened the box, the filters are flip-flopping in the filter cage, because they are way to small. They are giving me a hassle because It is past the 30 day return policy. I ordered them so I can have couple of years' supply. Cost me 211.80, and I just order one Honeywell properly fitting filter from Amazon for the same price. Factoryoutletstore.com charge: $211.80/6=$35.30 $35.30 per filter from Factoryoutletstore.com. The only reason I liked it, is that they were all in one box and I didn't have to worry about it for the next 4 seasons. The real fitting one from Amazon, which I had to order for a proper filter fit three days ago, cost me $38.03 yesterday. I am not done with this yet!
I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/14 AND THEY ARE MAKING SOME EXCEPTIONS TO REFUND MY MONEY. That is better customer service, we will see how long it takes and if I get all my money back.
I bought an echomap74sv with the gt54uhd-tm transducer. In the description it said that it is replaced by the gt56uhd-tm transducer. I spent $50 more to buy it from them because of the transducer upgrade, not to mention the one i found for $50 less I would of had the next day not 5 days later. When I received it the contained the 54 transducer and when i called them about it they basically said too bad.
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything from them! I ordered a Plantronics headset, and I could only hear out of one side, then the mic didn't work. They promptly sent me another one without having to return the first one, but it was equally defective. They are now supposed to refund me. Let's see...
I ordered two different Sonicare Brush Heads. Upon receipt I discovered that they had sent me an incorrect one. When I contacted them about an exchange, they requested a copy of the packing slip, photos of ALL packaging, and stated I was responsible for shipping, even though it was their mistake. To make matters worse, they wanted it returned in the original packaging (that might be a legitimate request if I was claiming damage). The original packaging was 11.75" X 10" X 6.5". The item I was returning was only 8" x 2.375" X 1". Imagine the difference in shipping costs between the two packages. On top of that they were going to charge me a 15% restocking fee for their mistake. They have a warped view of customer service and apparently don't care about repeat customers.
I was about to place an order when I found a better price on Amazon. I went back and deleted my name, address and card information. So the order was never placed. I ended up receiving the order anyway. I was told to just return it, no problem. But they charged me shipping charges on the return. A thing going on with this company on an order I never placed and being charged for shipping. I should've stuck with Amazon. Amazons customer service is outstanding.

Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
