I purchased a uniden udr744hd, a camera didnt work. I called for return and a lady said, in the return department, said I cant request a return label on the phone. That I had to email them. So I did and never got label after 6 emals. I called back, a man said I can exchange camera. I had to explain it to him 4 times.The problem. Then he said I had to return the unit, that they would email me FedEx label in 24 to 48 hours. I never got it after a week. I played with PayPal, so I filled out a dispute on paypal customer help. After 3 days I got a label from factory outlet to return it because PayPal stepped in. Thank God I paid with PayPal. They are making sure factory outlet refunds my return. Dont buy from factory outlet. Their return department dont k ow what they are doing and dont care.
Rude customer service, Indian accent which translate into fraud, you will find out that you got scammed a bit too late since they have tour credit. They are nothing but fraud

I ordered 2 Wahl hair clippers, because the site claimed they were in stock and shipped within 24-48 hours. I was charged immediately. 10 days later I went on the website, where I had created an account, and it had no evidence that I had any orders pending or closed. I then took it up with the chat agent, but after telling me nothing for 10 minutes, admitted he did not have access to that information and I needed to call customer service. I called, and was in voicemail purgatory for 15 minutes before the system finally told me no-one could help me, call back later. I then emailed asking them to cancel the orders. I got a prompt, polite response, informing me the product was back-ordered (lies on website!) and ecpected in 7-10 days. Ignoring my request to cancel. Will try once more by phone to cancel, then will enter a fraud complaint with my credit card company.
Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company. I ordered a Garmin Fish Finder for $400. Was told it would be shipped the next day. Waited a week then called the company. Was told they don't have the item in stock and did not know when they would have it again. No one called me to tell me this! No tracking number! Was told my credit card account would be reimbursed the next day. That did not happen! As of this date I do not have the Garmin Fish Finder and am out $400. Do NOT do business with this company.
Ordered a microwave oven and extended warrantee by phone that was in stock to be delivered within 5 days. On day 8 called to see whats going on as no tracking or communication from this Factory Outlet Store. Was informed by an Indian representative that was very difficult to understand that it was never shipped. He would not answer my question of when it would be or when it would be received. Day 10 emailed & demanded notice of shipping or my $ returned. No response.
The local district attorney needs to put these P. O. S. Es out of business and punish them as deserved.
Paid by PayPal, how do I get my money back?
I just had a conversation with a customer service rep who said the company is not accepting any returns including mine. Prior I had been told to get ahold of *******@factoryoutletstore.com which I tried several times but never received a reply, now I know why. I find this highly unethical, the company advertises 'easy returns', yet doesn't accept returns at all.
I purchases Dewalt 18V batteries that has 1 year warrenty, with it I also purchased extended warrenty 2 additional years. When I called for replacment, the represantetive told me that the battery was not OEM with only 90 days.
Never again Stay away from them. NO satisfaction!
Trying to order a hard to find item that is pretty much backordered many places. Those who have it in inventory are asking more than those who are SOLD OUT and will notify when they get one in. So I pass many dealers who are honest enough to admit they don't have it, and also pass those stores that want extra BECAUSE they have it in inventory, and land on FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM What do you know. They have it IN STOCK, for $330.00 I pay by PayPal, get a confirmation and an invoice number. Two days later I decide to check on the status of my order, I log into my account using my Zip Code and my Invoice number, NO SUCH INVOICE. Hmmm. That is odd, because I am copying and pasting the invoice number they provided. Five phone calls later and after five disconnects I get someone in India who looks over the order and tells me there is a glitch. The glitch is not that my invoice number does not even show up, neither does my order. Then he tells me item is BACKORDERED. That is precisely what I tried to avoid. I don't want to wait for weeks. I want it immediately for a reason. Now I have to wait for them to refund MY money. PayPal has been contacted but they want to give the merchant to respond. Learned my lesson. STAY AWAY from these type of operators. I should have known. They are operating out of an Office In NYC. Not some warehouse. No store front.
First they said I would receive my item in 2-5 days. Then after 2 days waiting for the tracking I emailed them. Never heard anything. Then I decided to call. The automation said they were experiencing too many phone calls so I left my number for them to call me back. I was super happy to see them calling me back but there wasn't anyone there. I called again and left my number again. Nothing... emailed them again. Nothing. Then the next day at 4:30 A.M. they emailed me a generic excuse why it hasn't shipped yet. I sent them 3 emails and called them twice leaving my number. I received back one email and a phone call back with no one there. Then I decided to use the chat feature from their website. I argued with their customer service person for a bit. That person said 2-5 for them to process, dispatch, whatever... and then 2-5 days shipping after that. Then added if not sooner...? Don't tell me that crap you used car salesmen... I'm fuming at this point and then ask the person shouldn't your website say up to 10 days? And then asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund. The person asked me to hold. Then ever 3 minutes strung me along with "please hold" and "sorry for the delay" this went on for about 15 minutes. I then asked why I was being held up. The person said it had been dispatched and they were checking. I said "ok" to give them a break. I got one more of their responses saying "sorry for the delay" and then the chat was cut off! I waited for a phone call or an email. Nothing. Opened up the chat again. Got back in touch with them. And then asked what they figured it out. They had a smart response telling me when I ordered it. Then they said it has been dispatched. I decided not to continue to beat up this person anymore. Probably just some poor kid. I ordered $350 worth of radio equipment from them because they advertised fast shipping. That's the only reason. Im getting ready to order another $350 but it won't be from these people. It's been 4 days now and I haven't even got confirmation of it shipping yet. My friend bought almost the exact same radio from a different company and ordered it a day after I ordered from this company. He received his today. I'm sitting here hoping they might find the time to ship it this week so I can't get it by the end of next week. Again... I will not be buying from these people again. If feel like I was deceived from the get go. I know for sure their customer service and communication are the worst I have ever experienced.
We ordered a mattress and we were told that it would be delivered within a week. We even confirmed this with a sales representative before purchasing it. We did not hear from them by the promised deliver date so we called them. When we finally connected to a person, it was someone who was not knowledgeable about the purchase and who gave us the run around. Two weeks after purchasing it, we were sent an email advising us the the mattress was at the factory and date of transfer of the mattress to the delivery station was 10-13 days later. At THAT POINT, we would then arrange for a delivery date. Bottom line is this: it has been a month from the time we purchased the mattress which was suppose to be delivered within a week. We still have not received it and it will be at least a month from the time we were suppose to get it. This is not a company you want to do business with.
Ordered a refurbished trolling motor from these people to save a few bucks. That was a mistake, The prop was chipped. Fed X delivered in a perfect undamaged package. Sent pics two different times and five or more emails and text talks. Finally they said they had enough information and would investigate. Be 2-5 days. Still waiting. One email to minnkota and they shipped a new prop the next day. Rich E.

I ordered a battery for a phone and received completely dead battery, died minute after fully charged, never again will I ordered stuff from those site.
I purchase a "New" Panasonic phone system (base plus 4 additional handsets); almost $300.00. I was told the phone was a new system and included a "One Year" Panasonic warranty. I received the phone system; one handset did not function. I called Panasonic and was told that this phone system is SEVEN YEARS OLD and has NO WARRANTY. In the meantime, Factory Outlet Store sent to me a replacement handset... it was USED! The handset directory had numbers in it and the call log was full... nice security, eh? They are a joke of a company. They LIE LIE LIE. Look at all the negative reviews of the FactoryOutleStore... stay the hell away. Also, the staff says they are in New York; I asked the rep what time it was in New York... he would not tell me. I could hear him typing on his computer to find out what time is was in New York. He lied. I could tell by his accent he was in Northern India as I traveled extensively through all of India. Too many lies...
Purchase two "Makita" batteries as pictured in the webpage- Received two No-named brand batteries. When Questioned about the false advertising, was told "Just return them" - Decided to keep them - BIG MISTAKE - Batteries did not last but a year. Did write back to them asking for some kind of return, discount for replacements- There reply was for me to just purchase more batteries
Placed an order for a quantity of 6 rechargeable batteries. Was supposed to ship the same day. 2 weeks later product had not arrived and there was no updates from the seller. I called and they said that the units were on back order. I asked for an estimated delivery date. They could not provide that but asked me if I would like to purchase the same battery in a generic brand for almost twice the amount of the name brand! I have canceled the order and purchased form elsewhere.
I ordered 2 cordless phones in September of 2019, one of which was damaged upon arrival. I then sent one phone back in for replacement. They then lost the phone that was returned. A couple months later when they found the return they told me that I had to return both phones in order to receive a new set, they said that saved a lot of $ by ordering them together so I had to return them together. I saved $3 by ordering them together. So I have now returned both phones and have called every week to find out the status of my order and for three weeks now they have said the same thing,"give us 3 to 5 business days to figure this out". I am astounded that this company has been able to stay in business with their total lack of customer service and unsavory business practices.
I got a refurbished TomTom GPS from this store.
It did not work sent back for refund call 3 times no refund. I have emailed no refund no respond. This

I am guilty of NOT doing my research, and so I have to leave this review because these guys ripped me off said they had something they didnt and I paid for next day air. They lied as it wasnt in stock. There for I paid 70.00 for nothing. When I called them. They didnt care!
Will NEVER use them again, and am currently on the 6th review, I will find every source to make some sort of small stink possibly!

Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
