Worst experience

I ordered my fridge filter april 5th. On april 25th the post office messed up and sent it back. Since then it has been nothing but headache. I have emailed and called and chatted with them multiple times. I just spoke with them again today and they told me they still haven't recieved my product back or the warehouse hasn't said they have anyways and therefore cannot refund my money nor resend my product. I will never do business with them again.

I BOUGHT 2 HEADSETS
HAVE HAD THEM 2 MONTHS THE ONE I OPENED HAS GAVE ME TROUBLE FROM THE GET GO NOT STAYING HOOKED UP. YESTERDAY IT WENT WINDOW. I GOT HOME TODAY OFF TRUCK TOLD THEM WAS SENDING NEW ONE BACK NOT A GOOD PRODUCT WAS TOLD NO BEEN 2 MONTHS. NO REFUND. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Do not buy anything from these people. The website does not explain products well and you will not be able to send it back for any reason. They are using this so called pandemic as a reason to really screw people. Buyer beware.

Where is my order

I placed an order from them on the 25th of April and was advised that they will send me a tracking number. Well on May 8 I got a tracking number. I tried entering tracking number and it advised my package was headed to USPS for shipping. That is where it stands today. Still headed to USPS and it's been a week. Now they want to begin an investigation and I have to wait another 10 days before they can do anything. Never order from here again. Guess after 10 days I can request for them to return my money. Complete waste of my time

I purchased a Garmin GPS and the representative assured me that it would arrive in a certain amount of days after I provided my ZIP Code several times. Well it did not arrive in the time frame promised and I ended up having to buy another one while out on the road so this one I wanted to return. I called to ask them how I needed to return it and I was informed that I could no longer return anything due to the COVID-19 virus which does not show up on the website unless you look under the return policies tab. So not only do I have an item that I don't need, now I can't return it and they have my $375. I will never buy another product from these people. You should do what you say when you promise something or don't promise it.

It took 3 calls to get to the point they would do something. They asked for a picture of the wrong battery they sent and I sent that 3 times. Only because I would not get off the call they agreed to send the correct battery. Then they checked and it was not in stock and wanted me to wait for it. I asked for a refund and they agreed. Long phone waits then holds just poor service all the way around.

I received my order in 8 business days instead of 3-5 as stated. Then i received the wrong item. When I asked if my order could get expedited she said no it is not possible. I truly wish we could speak to someone that speaks English. Not being racist but with the language barrier it is sometime impossible to get my request understood. The lady asked if I tried to install the battery I received. Looking at the pics below you can see it is impossible.

Factoryoutletstore.com said 2-5 day delivery on May 4,2020 as I placed my order. They charged my credit card that very same day.

I call a week later when I have not received the product and:
1) At first they said are at least 1-2 weeks backordered (while Amazon shows 5 week back order).
2) Then I ask to speak to a manager, and after a long wait, I'm told they will no longer be selling hair trimmers.
3) I ask how the item can be backordered for 1-2 weeks if they are no longer selling hair trimmers. Those are opposites.
4) Note I never received an email that my order was to be delayed.
5) Of course, I only ordered it in the first place because they said it would be delivered in a maximum of one week, two days before I had an interview.
6) My guess is they take 100's or 1000's of orders, knowing they do not have the products in stock, promise a short delivery time, charge people's credit cards, then wait it out.
7) To me that very simply sounds like fraud and deceit.

UPDATE AFTER MERCHANT CONTACTED ME --

After an initial refusal to take a return, the merchant reached out directly and solved the problem. They were much easier to deal with than expected and solved the matter amicably. Definitely would work with them again.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO. I place a order for the zerowater filters they advertised 12 for 86.00 on March 28th, I called in April and they I was told they were on back order also they at that time were still the same price. I spoke with an agent today and was told they no longer have filters for the pitcher. So I canceled my order. And then went on the web site and they do have the filters but now 8 filters are 135.00. Shame on this company for telling lies to their customers. Do NOT waste your time with this company!

I've ordered a watch for a birthday gift. I specifically checked with their customer service when it would be delivered. They confirmed me several times that I would receive my package this Monday May 5th. I didn't receive anything, so I contacted them and they told me that it would arrived on Tuesday in the end - but I didn't receive anything on Tuesday either. I called this morning, same speech - oh you will receive it today then, if not please call us back tomorrow - still nothing. A customer service lying to his customers, this is unacceptable.
On top of it, the tracking link they sent me to track the delivery is not working... It says the tracking number doesn't exist... Is this a fraud?

Website said in stock on a part that was on a national backorder I became suspicious and contacted them immediately after reading bad reviews and they admitted that they did not have part in stock I will never do business with them again!

Sold me an incompatible map for my Lowrance GPS/fish finder. Gave me the runaround, blaming it on Lowrance, then a month later, refused to allow return as promised. Lying, slow, deceitful, hard to understand, and no sense of fairness for their mistake. I'm stupid for not seeing how many people they have lied to and screwed... never again for any of their brands from them! For any price!

I ordered a pet safe collar for my wireless system. I paid an extra 3.50 for priority shipping. They advertise same day shipping. I'm 80 yo with mobility issues which I why I have a wireless system. They told me I would receive my tracking # in 24 hours. It has been 9 days now and still no tracking number. Customer service doesn't answer or hangs up. I would not do business with them again.

Used this site to purchase a Garmin watch. Was told I would receive the product in 2 to 5 business days. However after 5 days the item was not shipped. When asked they told me my item was on backorder. I told them that the watch still showed as in stock on their site. After 12 days the item has still not shipped and the site continues to list it as in stock. I was told now they have had 7 of them in their stock but for some reason my order was not filled. On top of all this they don't return emails or offer any compensation. I want to ask for a refund of the money they took out of my account day one but im concerned it may take a month to receive my funds.

After getting no satisfaction from FactoryOutletStore I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Then went to buy a new Norelco shaver and found it at PremiumStore.com. Ordered and was shocked to see the confirmation for my order come from: yes, you guessed: FactoryOutletStore! Who knows how many shell companies/websites they operate. Called and cancelled the order. That was OK'd but they say it will take up to 5 days for the charge credit to show up. That is 5 days of their using my money. I repeat NEVER do business with FactoryOutletStore or PremiumStore or any other clone they have. I bought the same shaver new in an original box on E-Bay - for 25% less.

I bought a new Phillips Norelco cordless shaver and the saleswoman was very helpful. However, I found a week or two later that it would not hold a charge. When I finally had time I called and was told I had to call Phillips Norelco at another number about warranty replacement. The number I was given was wrong. I called again and was told to e-mail with my order number. I e-mailed that the shaver was defective and asked how to return for an exhange. The answer was dismissive and was sent by someone who could not read or properly write English since I clearly stated that it was defective. Now I find that they only take returns in original packaging! Who saves packaging? I will file a grievance with Visa for a refund! Never shop at FactoryOutletStore.

I thought I was getting a great deal until the item arrived with the WRONG charger unit! Useless! Okay, return it, right? Takes 2 days to get a response to the email (sent to the address their Cust service gave me) & I cant get full refund. 15% deduction if I want credit refund & They now deduct what shipping charges were (FedEx). THEIR MISTAKE! I'm livid. I need this item now & cannot wait 2 weeks for it, so I take the hit which amounts to 50++%. DONT BUY INTO THE PRICES! It's a scam

This was my first - and last - order from FactoryOutletStore. I ordered a cordless phone and received a different, cheaper model. I called customer service and they will do nothing at this time, neither return my money nor send the correct item - even though this was their mistake. They told me to call in 4 weeks.

Beware! I ordered a mattress from FOS and when I placed the order they asked me to pick a date when I wanted the mattress delivered. This is why I went with this company because they could provide quicker service and not a six week waiting period. My mattress took about four weeks to get here. The company delivering the mattress was not allowed to enter the house because of Covid-19, which I understand but left a king size mattress on my front door step. My husband was working all day so there it sat until he could come home, bring it in and set it up because I sure as hell wasnt strong enough to do it and had no help available. Also, the delivery company, even when there is no threat of Covid going on, does t take your old mattress. The delivery company is not at fault here as they called me to tell me they were on their way and arrived early. It's not their fault due to the restrictions that are in place right now. I blame FOS for not providing true information when purchasing. When I called to find out when my mattress would actually arrive I got a man that I could barely understand on the phone. Very broken English.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. I was in search of an inexpensive Refurbished Great condition Macbook, I have gotten one before so I knew it was possible. IE I ended getting one on Walmart.COM W/ A 3 YEAR WARRANTY If anyone is interested. Anyway I found this site and I bought one, I immediately was charged and got the receipt sent to my email no problem. I noticed a week goes by I still haven't received any shipping. I called them they said I will get my item in 3 weeks, that wasn't specified on the site. I said ok, instincts told me to double check the reviews which I should have done in the first place, I saw a bunch of horror stories, so I called them right away before the item was shipped and requested a refund. They tried to convince they can said me another one because the one I ordered is on back order, I basically said no sir give me my money. I made sure I didn't get off the phone until they issued a refund confirmation to my email, just in case there was some funny stuff I could show my bank. The refund said 2-5 business days, yesterday was the fifth day no refund. I called them, they said because the" item was never sent I was never charged" I said sir I am looking at the charge right here, they said take it up with my bank. I hope this story helps, I went to Walmart.COM got a 3 year warranty and my computer within 5 business days. The irony is I am typing on the computer right now to give this review.
