Tried to go on the website skip the month but it's blocking me.
Have tried to cancel membership and they make it impossible. I like the product, no issues there but I dislike the subscription model.
I ordered two pairs of Fabletics leggings (I have been a customer since the beginning of the company). When I received the leggings, I unpackaged them and washed them and when I went to wear them I realized they weren't Fabletics brand leggings. I called customer service and they explained they were a sister brand and pretended the substitution was perfectly okay since they were a "sister" brand. She then proceeded to tell me I could return them and when they were received they could exchange them for the correct item. Okay, so now I have to wash them again, package them, take them to a shipper, pay for shipping and when they received them back, then and only then would they ship out the correct item. ARE YOU JOKING? I think that takes the cake for poor customer service. I cancelled my account.
I've been using fabletics for almost 5 years now and have never been so confident prior to finding them. Fabletics is the missing piece that separates the boys from the men.
I received a gift certificate for Christmas and spent 4-5 hours on calls with customer service trying to get the online ordering system to accept it. Painful! Also, when I finally placed an order, I found the company's pants were great - nice quality and looked good. However, I'm having problems with the built-in bra tops. They seem to be extremely low cut. I'm not all that modest, but don't feel comfortable wearing these to the gym without a top on top of these.

The quality and consistency of the fabric has dropped or changed. 2 pairs of the same leggings same size fit completely different. When you guys first started it was awesome now it's hit or miss and more often the not miss and they end up at goodwill
The right size is rarely available and you need to click all the way to that size to find out its not available. That not a good UX interface. Not worth the credit when the sales are alway happening. We should have access to to better options and deals ans we sholud FIRST to accessthe inventory as subscribers

Cost a least 50 bucks. I received a feeaking 8 dollar store credit for the return. I should have just kept the leggings and sold them at a consignment shop. I would gotten more than 8 dollars.
I've been a Fabletics member for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The quality of their clothing is amazing! Everything is super comfortable, and holds up so well, even after multiple washes. Their matching sets are super cute and make it easy to feel put together whether I'm working out or running errands.
On top of that, their shipping is always fast, which I really appreciate. I once made a mistake on a large order and accidentally sent it to the wrong address, but their customer service team responded immediately and helped me fix it with no hassle at all. That level of service, combined with the amazing VIP perks and deals, makes Fabletics totally worth it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, trendy activewear at a great price!
As a former employee this is a strange environment to work in. The clothes are great but extended sizes are minimally sent to stores. I always have to order my uniforms because they rarely send my size.
I do not like this brand and the sizing is VERY inconsistent as well as took over a month to get to me

I have bought multiple sets of scrubs from Fabletics. I like the fabric, and it's comfortable. Important to note that the v neck is super small compared to any other scrub top I've ever worn, and it rubs your face when you pull the top on. And I am a female that wears an X small. So I have to put my makeup on after I get the top on, which is frustrating. And the pants are very comfortable, but every pair I have has one row of waistband stitching that is coming out, and I wash on delicate and hang to dry. Finally, the combinations of scrub styles that you can "buy" with your credits is sorely limited, which is frustrating. Would be my fave scrubs, and 5 stars if these were fixed. Hope someone is listening...

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
