I placed my order on July 1st and it's July 20th and still not here. They just keep telling me to wait two days everytime I call them about it. I understand things are taking longer these days, but if it's stuck in the same city for weeks, just send me a new order overnight. Then the item I pre ordered, didn't get pre ordered and my size sold out. No apologies from them. I see other reviews like this saying they never got their order. Awesome.
I was supposed to receive my package a week ago and still hasn't come. All of the tracking information is gone and hasn't changed since. I was excited to finally buy fabletics but I would never buy from them again because of this experience

Not worth it and TERRIBLE customer service!
Made my order and after a few days, I open a live chat to talk to someone, as my order never shipped and I wanted to cancel my VIP membership so I wouldn't be charged for the monthly fee. How convenient that as my chat is connecting to an agent, I receive an email confirmation that my order has shipped. Regardless, I keep the chat to cancel VIP. The agent was kirt and kept trying to keep me on the membership. I decline and say there is no convincing me. He replies and because I didn't respond within 10 seconds, the agent ended the chat. I had to restart a new live chat and wait for a new agent to cancel the vip. Finally, over a week since my shipping confirmation, my package has arrived. However, two items were missing. I had got a matching pant and bra set. The bra was missing and a pair of joggers. I go back on the website and open a new live chat. The agent was incredibly unhelpful and told me the items were cancelled because they were out of stock and that an email was sent. I never received this email. He had a "the customer is wrong" attitude the entire conversation. I was typing something and I get sent this long message saying "if you dont respond I will know you are done with the chat, it was nice chatting with you... blah blah blah." totally facetious. And as soon as the agents message is received, there was no wait for a reply, the agent ended the chat. Also, the chat always "lost connection". If they want to be a serious company, hire proper customer service representatives and invest in a better chat platform.
The items I did receive were of poor quality. If walmart had an athletic brand, this would be it.

I never received my package so I reached out to them and they told me I would have to contact FedEx myself to find out where the package was and get a claim number from them regarding a lost package. After having to fuss with that, Fabletics said that "as a courtesy" they would send a re-shipment. I didn't realize that order fulfillment was a courtesy? Especially after I had to do all the legwork to establish that my package was lost in the first place. Anyway, it has now been almost 3 weeks and I still do not have the replacement package and customer service has been ZERO help.

I was excited to order. Then, I got the bra. Who designed a bra like this for a top heavy woman? The padding moves around and IT DOES NOT support me at all. I am trying to figure out how I can take a sewing machine to it to improve it. Won't order from them again. Awful!

I was reeled into membership due to the 2 for 24$ legging offer. I was on mobile, and the website doesn't say anything about paying 49$ monthly. It was in small print and I didn't see it. I will never buy from them again, they trick customers into getting membership they did not know about. I immediately canceled online, but on the terms and conditions it says you can only cancel by phone (SCAM MUCH?!). I verified my cancellation by calling them and also live chatting to MAKE SURE my membership was canceled. I've seen some reviews that people thought they canceled but they get charged still. You also cannot remove any billing information, so there's still a likely chance they can do an unauthorized charge. I'm going to my credit card company next after all I've been through if they charge me still. All this hassle is not worth it trying to get the 2 for 24$ leggings deal.

I have rarely sent reviews for products I order. This is the exception. Terrible customer sevice and no answers to questions. I order something and 10 days later I have not received tracking information. ONce I called I got no real answers and each a different story. At one point i was told it would arrive on the 10th and the day called was the 13th. Still have not received - Dont waste your time on this. Go to Target

I placed my order over a month ago. They created a shipping label to make me think it was shipped. No updates since June 27th. Customer service is awful. I'll never ever recommend this bogus company

I was not aware that I was getting involved with a " membership" and now I'm out almost $900! They just kept charging my PayPal account. When I accepted the first discount I didn't read closely and I didn't notice the $49.95/ month charges for quite a while. NOW my credits ( whatever those are worth) have EXPIRED. So, money loses its value somehow. Plus, I was charged twice in July. I attempted to call. I waited over 17 minutes while being informed I was # 73 in the queue and my wait would be less than 3 minutes. This was after I tried 4 times to "chat" online. The chat took several minutes to connect, only to lose connection. I am sick about this and I cannot get any assistance. I'm not even sure if I actually cancelled my membership or not. I have been trying for 6 months to stop the automatic membership. When I call, they say I have to do it through my account but my password won't work. I'm told to reset password, but I never get the email to reset it. This has been a very disappointing circle with no results. Please cancel my automatic membership fee at the beginning of every month. Thank you!

I have subscribed to your website for the last couple of weeks and searching for a pair of leggings. I finally caved tonight (So excited)and attempted to purchase two leggings for $24 but I was surprised to see that in order for me to purchase the leggings I had to join a VIP membership that cost 40 or $50 per month. That is absolutely insane! So disappointing. Does Demi Lavato realize that people are loosing their jobs and that we are in the middle of a pandemic! Who has that kind of money For a pair of leggings. Shame on you!

Working out is way more fun when you feel cute! The clothes are awesome and fit great!
I'm giving a one instead of negative 1,000 because the clothing itself is pretty good, if you ever receive it... it took me six weeks to get my first shipment. They constantly lose your order, don't ship when they say they will, and they're always out of everything. The 2 for 24 special is good, (again, if you ever get them.) but other than that the prices aren't anything special. Customer service is absolutely, excruciatingly bad. I've spent more time on the phone or waiting than I have with anyone else. You'll get close and then it'll just hang up on you. And definitely don't trust their wait times, it's 5X whatever they initially quote. They make it EXTREMELY difficult in my experience to cancel or skip a month. Just save your money and get your leggings somewhere else. Also the website sucks in every way.

This company is horrible. You stay on the phone for longer than 30 minutes to make contact, Sending back a product takes multiple calls and over a month to get a credit. I am still waiting for a credit after sending a product back on 6/17/2020, it is now 7/10/2020. Employees are out of the Philippines, they are very nice but very difficult to understand them. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I also got caught with them making me a "VIP" from a special "sale" without my approval and billing my credit card, had to fight for that money back as well. They trick you into stealing your money. If you had a rating of a ")" that's what I would have chosen

I ordered 2 BLM shirts for my mom and I and we love them. They look great. The size is a little larger than expected, but that isn't a problem because we both like our shirts a little loose. I also think it's great that the proceeds are going to the NAACP. Totally worth the purchase.
Also, I have tried so many brands and was reluctant to spend the money to try their leggings, but they are absolutely amazing and worth every penny. They're comfortable, durable, and cute! Customer service has also been helpful and amazing when I had questions.

You should of course know that they will charge you if you don't skip the month, that's not the scam here. You are charged $49.95 and you get that as a "credit". They show you the 49.95 shop making you think you can just choose an outfit if you forget to skip but they will apply a "discount" which prevents you from using your credit unless you spend MORE money. So basically they are trying to get more than the $49.95 out of you when you actually try to use the credit. As if that isn't bad enough, they hook you in with their VERY aggressive advertising for 2 for $24 leggings but then as a "VIP" member you can't get this deal. But be prepared to continue to see those ads every day even though you can no longer get that deal. ALSO, you will get your monthly email asking you to pick something from the shop but it's unlikely they will have your size, the color you want or a matching top and bottom in stock. Don't expect to see any of the outfits on their social media or in their ads actually available to purchase.

Product was of good quality. I needed to exchange the braa for a smaller size. Only one in my size was available. I exchanged one and opted to refund the other. A month later it still was not processed. Tracking number showed it had been delivered. After voicing my unhappiness they decided to go ahead and process the refund. The exchange had to be processed as a refund instead because the lroduct was no longer in stock due to their delay in processing. Highly dissatisfied. Although I really like the quality and really want to try one of their sports bras, the possibility of having to return it is a huge deterrent.

This company reels you in with smart marketing and a great sounding special offer, then tricks you into signing up to a VIP membership. Before you know it they have stolen £49 from your card, and will continue to do so every month unless you read your junk mail and cancel the VIP membership. Seriously dangerous - don't use!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
