Horrible business model. I'm a VIP model and I've forgotten to skip for the past few months. With the world upended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the last thing on my mind has been to remember to "skip" at the beginning of the month to avoid being charged. I contacted customer service to discuss the situation and I was only able to be reimbursed for last month's charge, leaving a $150 credit on my account to buy workout gear I can't afford. I wish this company would have compassion for their customers instead of adhering to this sneaky business model. Fabletics will no longer be receiving my business and I will be taking this issue up with my bank.

Sadly yes- you never know if its going to work and if it does its slow and provides wrong information on inventory. The same can be said about the "customer service" options. The delivery service is atrocious- purchased shorts and a sports bra and its been in California for 2 weeks? I went to the store to avoid the online experience and I was stuck there for 1.5 hours because- that's right- the system crashed! On top of that the sales associates in the store did not even know what the inventory was! I wanted to purchase one of the outfits, but because the system crashed, they could not look it up and had no idea what to look for. I've voiced my opinion on both the Fabletics Facebook page and via messenger. I love the workout attire but the service is dreadful and not worth the hassle most times.

Their leggings are decent quality (though expensive) but be aware that purchasing a pair automatically enrolls you in their $50/month subscription service unless you know to uncheck a tiny box at checkout. Normally I look for this sort of thing, but I didn't think to here because who SUBSCRIBES monthly for LEGGINGS? Now I know.

I just don't understand what the points mean and how the program works, and the subject line that says "delivered" always throws me off because it normally would mean something got delivered and in this case it doesn't.

I was very excited when I placed my first order with Fabletics last month. With everything going on, I expected to wait on shipping. I got tracking information that my package was shipped just a few days after I placed my order. From there, I'm assuming my package was lost as it has stayed in Grapevine, TX now for over 2 weeks with no movement. When I called about my concern earlier this week, a very nice representative told me to call back at the end of the week if I had not received my order. When calling today, they informed me that one of the items I ordered is no longer in stock and that I would need and could only store credit. I had already looked as my membership was going to be charged for the month and I'm still waiting for my first order. Needless to say, I could not find anything in my size as it was out of stock as well. I asked if I could have a refund and that I wasn't going to be able to do this every month if it was going to be such a hassle. Again, I was told that I would have to wait for the package to arrive or call back again in 2-5 days. I ALREADY DID THAT! That's all they could do and refused to refund me my money. Why would I want store credit when I can't find anything in stock? THEY should be the ones tracking down what happened to my package and calling the company they used for shipping. This is the FIRST and LAST time I order from them. They are more worried that I might (eventually) receive my order instead of giving me my money back and doing the right thing. I just wanted my money back... I could care less about my order at this point and I should not have to keep calling back to get the same stupid story or store credit. HORRIBLE!

Girls were great and very helpful.the entire experience was very enjoyable.
They have great colors and patterns in fabrics, but I struggled to find my sizes it seemed every time. I couldn't find any shirts that were revealing a midriff or long enough to cover what I needed. The bras I purchased dont support larger cup sizes correctly. I hate the shoes I purchased. They dont have enough cushion and they slip off my heal when I put inserts in. This company has a membership that has too many restrictions with too few benefits. I feel like I wasted money.

I've loved every pair of legging and capris. I did buy a pair that had no phone pocket which was very unfortunate. But oh man do they fit great and are incredibly comfortable.
I will say tho the reason for only 4 stars is none of the sports bras or tanks fit right. Its all made for small chested women. And that I am not.

COVID HAS CAUSED SHIPPING DELAYS ACROSS THE BOARD, HOWEVER AS MUCH AS LOOOVVE FABLETICS, THEIR SHIPPING HAS BEEN HORRIBLE WITH EXTREMELY LONG DELAYS. NOT SURE I WANT TO USE THE ON LINE ANYMORE. THE CLOSEST STORE IS 30MI/60 MIN AWAY,, MAY GO INTO THE STORE ON OCCASION, SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. I SO LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS.

I've loved nearly every piece of workout wear from Fabletics. Their leggings are the absolute best, I especially love that they include pockets on most all of their styles. Also their bras are cute and comfy! Leggings are not see through and I can always trust them to feel nearly weightless and not roll down so I can focus on my yoga practice or workout.

The clothes I've gotten from Fabletics have been cute and good quality. BUT it's nearly impossible to get the right size and style at any given time. There isn't any size consistency across styles. So if you order something and it's too small or too large, it's a GIANT pain to get replacements. Half the time they're out of stock by the time your first order arrives. And if it isn't, you have to first return what you have and then they'll ship the new size. And most of the time by then your size is out of stock. And they put the burden on the customer to keep checking the website to see when the new one comes in stock instead of having it on auto order so that when it comes in they automatically send it. This leaves one checking the website every day for the next month trying to find out if your size has come back in stock. Meanwhile the window to replace the one you bought closes. It's just so annoying. In the end, you end up with bottoms that fit and no top to match because the top never came back in stock. Or you have credit and you try to buy an outfit but you can never buy both the top and bottom at the same time because one or the other is always out of stock. Eventually I cancelled my VIP membership because it was just too difficult to get complete outfits in my size.

I ordered my 2 for$24 leggings. They arrived both size S. One fit but the other was too small and had a stain. Returned for larger size. Size M still too small and had the same stain.

Returns are a PROCESS that seems nearly impossible. I've tried to return my latest purchase twice already with the help of customer support After the automatic download link For a shipping label was showing and error both times. Each time I spoke to customer support I was told I'd be receiving a label and never did. I still haven't been able to return the item, but know I need to set aside at least an hour to go through the process again. Very, dissatisfied.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
