Everything that I have ever purchased from Fabletics has been quality products. My only issue is that if you do not buy on 1st day of month lots of stuff is out of stock.

I enjoy shopping for my bootcamp clothing at Fabletics. The quality is amazing.
The underwear is great. Super light for working out and does not show through.
Unable to order on line and the selection is very limited.

I ordered an outfit for a birthday gift 10 days before the date of the birthday. I have never had a problem getting orders before. I waited four weeks before making a call to check on the status of the order, understanding that with the Covid-19 things may be slow, I was told my order was being processed. Two weeks later (6 weeks to the day I place the order) I called again and was told the order was being processed, needless to say I cancelled my ordered and have not ordered anything for Fabletics since. The day I cancelled the order I placed an order from lululemon and received the items in 5 days. I get everything was effected by the pandemic but 6 wks is a very long time to have to wait when other companies were not taking that long to get their product out.
I love the fabrics. They always feel good on my skin. The colors are vibrant and motivate me to get moving. I always recommend the leggings with pockets. The design is practical and sexy.

I swear even if I cancel my month I get charged anyways

Ordered two different items (pants) of the same size. One was too big, the other way too small. Both were low quality materials. Absolute waste of money!

Wanted to purchase workout gear for my hubby from their new men's line. Either out of stock or not in stock for men who wear a larger size. Also the women's line is very repetitive, with mainly leggings and sports bras.

Great products but bad communication and customer service. Placed order and waited two months then called and they said outfits out of stock. I still have a 49 rewards but probably will never use.

The website is super hard to navigate, it is impossible to "skip a month," the guy on the live chat disconnected me as I was trying to do what he said in an attempt to use my credits (almost $300.00) which I still cannot apply to my cart. I can't believe he disconnected me in a matter of seconds. I have never been so frustrated with customer service, ever! I still do not know how to skip a month or use my credit nor was I able to cancel my membership because he disconnected me. Absolutely, the worst.

Made an order on the 13th and it was shipped on the 15th. I checked the tracking and it stopped moving on the 18th. I HAD to contact the company and finally found out that they didn't have one of items even though it was shipped and paid for and was told I should pick another item. I was so mad I requested my money back and still have to wait 2 to 5 days to get my money back. Would not recommend this company they are incompetent.

When you cancel they keep your credit which was $55 and dont even let you use it later. Bad practice

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
