This site is terrible - my order continued to fail & i kept getting an error message that said one of the items in my cart was out of stock. It didn't say which one. When i returned to shopping to try and find out (by refreshing url for each item to find out which one sold out between the time i put it in my cart and the time i tried to check out), it continued to say the items were available... even so, the chat bot immediately informed me which ones (2 out of 3) were no longer available. Or... "immediately" after being disconnected from chat while waiting in queue and then reconnecting and waiting for longer than expected. --- i will not be ordering or joining. -- also annoying? All the celebrity- & influencer-fronted adverts where the "membership" / monthly automatic order requirement to get the discount is either completely left out or intentionally so undetectable it might as well be a scam. I'm glad i read the semi-fine print on my cart page at least... goes right up to the line on false advertising. At the very least, scummy if not scammy online retail site. As for their actual b&m store, i'm not even going to try. #1. It's too much trouble to remember to cancel ahead of time each month or try to get through to their customer service telephone line to cancel because their customer service doesn't inspire a whole lot of confidence either. #2. This kind of business model is offensive, too much taking advantage, especially during this time when so many people can't afford this kind of crap... silver lining? = at least it was that hard to place my order because i'm glad i didn't go through with it. I think you guys kind of suck.
First time ordering, new customer. There was one item missing when I received the package. I called their customer service and spoke with MIKE. He told me that he wasn't able to do anything for me! I asked for a supervisor and he asked me why? And put me on hold, never transferred me to a supervisor, and told me that he might be able to reshipped the item and I might not receive it. I am highly dissatisfied with this company as a new customer, my experience with them was horrible. They are giving me the runaround for a 12 legging! PLEASE! They rather lose a customer than resending me my missing item! Their legging don't even stay up! It keeps going down! I had to hold it the whole time I was at my Bootcamp class!

I've tried to order items off the website and it tells me the items are available so I put them in my cart and then when I go to check out it tells me that the item(s) are not available. It is very frustrating!

I just realised that after a one off purchase, fabletics has been sneakily charging me £49 a month for absolutely nothing. Total scam and they must be aware that customers are not aware when they sign up. The sign of an unethical and immoral money grabbing company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Fabletics is a scam. DO NOT ORDER OR FILL IN ANY CONTACT FORMS! I was recently in contact with their customer service where they refunded me two months of the 70 dollars worth of membership, even though I simply wanted my money back and to cancel my whole membership. When I asked if I could get my money back using the store credit to order and then return, they claimed that it would only return as store credit? Hence, it's a vicious circle because I can't get rid of them. Apparently I had ordered a pair of leggings, which I never received, and this made me a VIP member. When I asked for them to cancel my membership they didn't really give me an answer, and now I am still registered for the 70 dollar membership? I don't wan't Fabletics to have any of my contacts or registration in their system and I certainly do not wan't to be a member. Now I am in contact with my bank to make a reclaim of the money I have lost and will contact Fabletics again to get rid of them.

I have never tried Fabletics but what angers me the most is trying to have all these celebrities and semi celebrities to market your brand that makes me so angry who the hell cares they don't care about that brand they don't care about your brand. We need real reviews from real people that have no celebrity connection. This is what makes me angry!

I bought a high intensity bra from here, and this was probably the worst bra purchase I have ever made. The bra had no support as it claimed, and there is a lot of spillage (yes, I ordered the correct size). I can hardly even wear it for lounging around the house. It is not comfortable and make the chest area look smooshed rather than supported. I could not be more disappointed with the the bra I received. Please save your coins or purchase from Gym Shark instead.

No one cares to assist when your pack that was supposed to take 2 weeks still hasn't arrived after a month. I asked for a refund after 17 days of no package. I was told no. Then given a tracking number that's not showing any info about where the package. Just a link that goes nowhere. NEVER again. NIGHTMARE over cheap yoga pants.

Fabletics seems like a good deal at first, but this business model is so screwed up and shady. They charge you 50 a month and give you a "credit" to use on their website... however, when you go use the credit, they refuse to let you use it because some credits cannot be applied to some orders... that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Why in TF would you charge my money and then not allow me to use the GD credit. Then you contact customer "care" about it and they're like oh it's because there's a promotion going on... well, I want to use my credit on it; that outfit says it's literally 50 with free shipping... sorry but you can't use the credit because of the promotion... This is such a f*cked business model, I refuse to give them my hard-earned money. I cancelled my membership and refuse to ever buy from them again. If your products are so great and you truly want to sell cheaper than your counterparts, then do that. You are more than capable of it since your leggings and bras are so overpriced anyway. Besides, the first deal you get is actually fine, but after that, there are no true deals. Research well before going into it.

I purchased the tricot pants and after a normal day of wear, they had horrible pilling and runs all over... Wore them a second time and it is even worse! I only gave it two stars and that is because they are somewhat comfy... I expected better from a pair of pants that was nearly $70! Never again!

I am a first time customer. I haven't received my order. The estimated delivery date I received with my tracking number (which was originally 12 business days after placing my order) was pushed back 3 weeks. My order is now scheduled to arrive one week after the longest possible estimate for my area that the websites lists, which is 30 days. I admit I get frustrated by businesses not upholding their own guarantees so this was a reason enough for me to cancel my VIP membership. I also feel that 5 weeks for delivery on a system that has you placing orders every 4 weeks is a bit unreasonable. The way the program is set up would have me purchasing 2-3 orders before even receiving my first order. (I know I can skip a month... not the point. That just leaves the responsibility on the customer) Im not sure if I even like the product yet. Strange.

The buisness will charge you just for not purchasing and claims it is not "money lost". I was charged $50 because I did not log into my account and make an effort to not purchase something. As someone who works 40 hrs a week, has a life and BARELY shops, I find this type of charging method rediculous. It needs to be seriously readdressed by management. I am disappointed. I love the leggings but hate the buisness motto. That does not often happen for me. Also, the ad lies... the leggings totally roll on the top. What a shame. I was excited about this product but now all I am is pissed.

I love the leggings but honestly Fabletics customer service is the WORST! Not only are they completely not taking responsibility for their package never arriving and placing the burden on the consumer, you wait on hold for over 30 minutes, get told different things by different agents,, only to still have your problem NOT resolved and they close your account! Here I come LuLuLemon!

Don't ever sign up for the VIP account it is a BIG SCAM! They advertise a "promo" of 2 leggings x£24, once you signed up as a VIP member they charge you £49 per month if you don't buy something. Fabletics clearly has no respect for their customers.

The company clearly tricks you into paying 49£ a month by hiding the cost in the fine print at the end of order emails and in the terms and conditions. Practices like these are illegal and this company should be shut down.

I suppose it's on us for not reading the fine print, but those $50/month charges were a surprise. A membership for buying clothes? And when we tried to spend down our backlog of $50 charges, that proved a challenge. And the stuff that we received? I don't know, do you like see-through shorts?
I see that most reviewers give Fabletics a 1 out of 5, meaning "Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!" I certainly agree!

Initial order was placed for 2 pairs of leggings for $24.95 + free shipping. I know I had two pairs in my cart because I always review order before submitting. Somehow after the fact order shows as only one pair was ordered@ $24.95. So only one pair was delivered. Upon calling customer service I was told that they would allow me to pick another pair but would have to pay an addition $12 for shipping this time. Cancelled membership on the spot. Wouldn't give them another dime.

I have cancelled this numerous times and they still take it out each month. You can call and email and they still took the money from my account. Everytime you call they put you on hold and never come back.

I ordered my products over 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. I order gymshark a week ago and no joke it arrived 3 days later. I'm very disappointed with this company. I ship products to costumers across the US weekly and they arrive in 2 days. Come to find out they use the cheapest shipping possible which means I might never see my products. So many reviews about crappy material, I just hope that's false. Otherwise I'll have to deal with customer service and that'll be a nightmare.
With the exception of powerhold leggings, the quality of clothing is below Target or Walmart. The bras don't fit well, tops fit awkwardly and not correctly proportioned. Fitted tanks don't have "underwear" for the girls, fabrics start to show major signs of wear after 1 wearing/wash, and WAY overpriced considering quality. Oh and they are always out of stock of the only thing I like the full length, powerhold leggings without pockets

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
