After one wash on the delicate cycle, a couple of my tops broke. The straps/ties has mostly been the issue. The quality of the bottoms are great though!

Absolutely terrible company! Having tried to order on the website I kept encountering an undisclosed error on the page. When I got in touch with the team I got an almost immediate response to tell me that they only deliver to mainland UK. Upon explaining that 10 minutes outside of Edinburgh is central scotland and most definitely mainland UK (Even sent a wee map with a pin on it...) and that this may be an error with their post code logic, I was informed that nope, it is not part of mainland UK. I will need to remember that when I dont use a ferry, plane or bridge to travel from my home to anywhere on mainland UK...
Again, questioned whether this was correct and previous 2 day turn around for responses has become 3 weeks.
Left confused and disappointed. Disgraceful service!

Fabletics has great workout wear, but their pricing model sucks. I had a credit from an item I returned, but never could use it because a merchandise credit can't be applied to sale items. WHAT? So when I left my Fabletics membership, I left the credit behind. The non-sale price, even with the credit applied, was still more than I could afford (or wanted) to pay.

I will NEVER buy anything from you again after you tried to scam scam me out of $50 a month, every month. I had to get my credic card involved to get my money back.

These pants fit well, are comfortable. However when you are a large woman, I need tops the come down or somehow cover the bulge. Also they are warm. Being a large woman, I stay hot. I need cooling clothes also.

I was going to buy something on this website but after seeing that I have two options for buying a two pack of shorts "The Franchise Short 2-Piece Kit"
119.90 Or 24.50 with a almost 60 Subscription / monthly (700 yearly if you do the math)
I'm just gonna go ahead and take one of Kevins advice and never pay $100 for a pair of shorts that was literally in one of your marketing hours so for you guys to charge $100 for shorts or try to ponder scammer scheme is ridiculous.
Also the next ridiculous thing is inconsistency in your reviews most reviews are low stared reviews about your "Poor Quality Clothing" and very very bad customer service! Now it is very nice to see that you guys reach out to everyone of these people but nobody has updated their review.

I spent over $100 on three outfits that were made to look like quality products. However, when I received my order and worked out in each outfit, I came across nothing but issues. Fabletics ads often pride themselves on not being see through, yet two if the three leggings i ordered were INDEED see through. Another problem I had with the leggings is how much they showed cellulite, even though the brand advertises that their product "works for all body types".
When it came to the bras I purchased, the sizing was inconsistent. While all size small, one was extremely tight while the other was very roomy. Finally, I one if the bras i ordered had a seam on the front that consistently rubbed up again my skin, making it red and irritated.
This brand is too expensive for products that made me feel more self-conscious about my body. Very frustrating!

Been a member for several months and still have trouble finding the place to "skip" shopping for the month. Last month I clicked through their email, did some shopping, and even put items in my cart---and somehow I still got charged for not doing my monthly shopping. It's infuriating.

I had to make a return because I received the wrong order. They quickly mailed me a return label and exchanged the product promptly, and the leggings are great!

It is hard to order because your credits only apply to a few amount of outfits. Credits can't be applied to other items and the cute outfits sell out of certain sizes fast. The clothing is very nice however its damn near impossible using your credits as the policies are not customer friendly. I would not ever recommend this to anyone. I wish they just let you use your money on anything on not a few slapped together outfits in the 49.95 category that never has enough inventory.

Don't get involved here. It may seem like a good deal at first, but then you have to remember to skip or buy something every month. On top of that, you recieve cheap quality goods, that may look super cute, but fall apart. After only a few wears that were just around town and such, the crotch of two of their joggers got a run that turned into a huge gaping hole. Customer service did not care as I was just slightly outside the return window

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
