I logged onto the site and it would not let me purchase product for over 2 hours.
Ordered Christmas presents for my wife. Planned early this year and purchased well in advance. When products didn't fit she was unable to return due to the return window being over. Needless to say we're not going to purchase anymore products and will return to her normal lulu outfits.
I'm in love with my first 2 pairs of leggings. I got the 2 for 24 deal. I am happy with them. I just don't understand how I go on the website on June 1st for the new June picks and I either cannot view them, cannot add to cart or find them in my size. BRAND NEW STYLES AND RESTOCKED ITEMS supposedly. The website is super glitchy. It's frustrating and almost led me to ditch Fabletics. The website needs a lot of attention and item availability needs to be updated OFTEN. You lose a lot of customers that way. I try to view some of the outfits and it redirects me back to main page. Please fix this.

I ordered my items early may and did not receive them until today June 1st. I understand that because of COVID-19, shipping is longer than normal but I ordered a different package that did not take as long.

I initially became interested in Fabletics because of their two leggings for $24. My first order was two leggings, a bra, and a tank top. A few days after my initial purchase I decided to buy another outfit, at checkout I used "Honey" and received a 70% off coupon. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Fabletics, however when making the second purchase I realized the sizes I choose on my first order were going to be way to small! I spoke to a costumer service rep who cancelled the first order and assured me that I would still get the two leggings for $24. After choosing the correct sizing, a new costumer service rep told me that I was no longer eligible for the two legging for $24 because I used the 70% off coupon with my second purchase. The first rep assured me I could still receive this deal and I would have never cancelled if I was aware I would lose the promotion! I was originally planning on using my monthly membership credit to order clothes on a monthly basis but now I think I will cancel my membership. The company needs to have clear and consistent messages from their costumer services reps.

This review is more about FedEx than of Fabletics. As my order was being delivered, FedEx insisted that my home address was incorrect. They attempted to deliver to my home multiple times and I called them multiple times to confirm my address. After weeks of trying to get my order, they asked if I would drive to the distribution center, about an hour away, to pick up my item. I asked if they would instead deliver my order to a local FedEx store, only about a half mile from my home. I was able to pick up my delivery there. I do much of my shopping online and have never before had an issue of a delivery service telling me that my address is incorrect or doesn't exist. Unfortunately, I canceled my account with Fabletics because I'm not interested in haggling with FedEx.

Placed small order for 3 items. Within a week was communicated expected delays which was fine as they set expectations to the new delivery date. That date passed without further communications. Contacted customer service and after a long hold (automated message wait time was inaccurate) and they blamed COVID-19 factors on the delays. My concern wasn't with the delays, it is with setting expectations and meeting them for your customers. I shouldn't have to wait a month for a simple order.

One of the bras broke first time I wore it, and ones of the pairs of leggings ripped after 4 wearings. When I contacted customer service about the bra I was told there was nothing they could do. I didn't bother reaching out about the leggings. (And yes, both were purchased in my normal sizes and fit comfortably, so I know that it's not just because I ordered items that were too small for me.)

I purchased my package on 5/7 and have yet to receive a tracking number. I understand there are delays but my account shows my package was shipped. I just want to be sure it's still in process or lost so I may address accordingly.

I was surprise that a company like Fabletics withdraw money from my account during the pandemic. I wish they would have send a reminder email before withdrawing. I just lost my job and my husband restaurant closed. I thought it was pretty crappy hiving the situation everybody was going through.
My last shipment was sent to an address in California and when I inquired about it I was told it must have been my fault? My address on my account never changed. I live in Florida. It became a big ordeal and the original order was not honored and was only sent the pant and not the shirt. I was so disappointed I was looking forward to having the matching shirt and I still can't find a shirt that matches the color of the pants. I was not treated fairly and rather than crediting my credit card was given a $19 credit to my account at Flabetics I cancelled my membership. I also had another pair of o ya I had ordered a few months before with A hole in the crotch and was told to just sew them? Not acceptable answer

I contacted customer service several times and even after I went to the post office and filed a missing package claim they would not replace it. I continually was disconnected. All of the outfits I have received from fabletics have been great but the moment one is lost in transit this very big company will not replace what has gone missing. The customer service is lacking and I'm out $50.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
