I have tried to cancel and ship my membership multiple times and you continue to with drawl money. I'm tired of having to call every month to get this straightened up. I have told all my friends to spread the word about your shady business practices. Once i get this resolved i will never join this again and I would not ever suggest for anyone to try it. It is a scam.
I'm giving Fabletics 2 stars because their legging quality IS good. However, their VIP program is incredibly difficult to get out of, and they will charge you a 49.95 credit if you don't respond to an email by the 5th of every month. Those credits can ONLY be used in 49.95 increments. So, if you want to buy 2/$24 leggings, you can't use the credit. Their customer service is trash.

I did not understand that if you put stuff in your cart that the next order cycle would process the order. When I called on it they were more than happy to return it with free shipping
My legging came with a rip in them. When I tried contacting customer service they were no help.
Very disappointed. Tried to sign up for a great promotion. Then very limited product was available. Then canceled the membership. Well attempted to cancel twice. Cancellations would not go through them before I knew it I had three months worth of expected purchase. No reminder emails. Very disappointed. Then had to purchase things I didn't really want a normal happy with the quality of.
I didn't buy or pass on a month VIP and I never have received the credit on my account to buy something later. Very dissatisfied that the credit was never put on my account and haven't bought anything since. Loved the products that I have bought.
I purchased an item 1 month ago and still have not received anything! I've called twice and they just tell me it should be here soon! I'll never order from them again!
To begin, I have been a member of fabletics for about three years. I have a love/ hate relationship with this company. One of the main reasons I was first drawn to them was that they had sold clothing in bigger sizes(which was important at that time).
Over time, I have noticed that they have quite frankly, stupid terms.
For example, I was charged $49 for the monthly fee, I saw a top on sale for $19 and added it to my cart. As I was going to check out the price of the top was then $49, because I have a "VIP" discount and the sale no longer was made available to me if I used my member credits.
So, I can only buy the top for $19 if I pay out of pocket. It's not a huge deal but rather annoying I have paid $49 for a credit which is useless toward sales... so much for being rewarded for joining their program.
In regards to their clothing, I would say the powerhold pants are absolutely amazing; I would have canceled my membership by now if they weren't. The other leggings that I have tried are horrible and fall down, show cellulite, and are way too thin to workout in.
The tops have been pretty good quality, exactly what I would expect out of a workout tank top.
Don't get me started on the bras... They're thin, my girls fall out(I have a C cup so nothing huge) and literally is a waste of money. You would have more luck wearing a sleep bra to the gym. Most of them are cross-backs, so it digs in painfully, causing muscle cramps.
In sum, I would recommend their powerhold pants only, cheaper and more quality shirts are available anywhere else, and the bras are useless.
Now that I have gone from a size 22 to a size 10, I realize that there are better athletic clothing options for shirts and bras. They do have a nicer collection for my more voluptuous ladies, however than most companies.

It's hard to remember to skip the month. I don't get email reminders to cancel or skip for the month. No notice that they will be charging you. It was very annoying and difficult to cancel my membership - poor customer service. They lie about "live agents" when it's all computerized/machines who talk to you. What they charge monthly is also very expensive. Membership is expensive. They also keep your account with your credit card information. I should have the option to remove this from the site and delete my account if I want. Very frustrating experience.

I'm sorry if this ends up being way TMI, but I find that all the pants I got from them retain crotch smells. MONTHS ago I had an infection, and no matter what I try, I can't get the smell out of the leggings! I have never had this issue with any other pants before! They clearly don't breath properly, otherwise this wouldn't be an issue. I've caramelized onions in my lululemons, and the smell always fades within a day or two. But with these, as soon as i've had them on for a couple hours and they get warm, the smells come out, and its terrifying. I have to double check every half hour to make sure that the smell isn't actually me.
The sizing is also either very wrong, or the products are designed to be waaaaay too tight. I followed the sizing charts provided, and everything feels at least a size too small.

I know that with the Virus going on that there should be shipping delays. With that said the fact that my order has been "sitting" at the same location for over 10 days makes no since. I've placed orders with other companies after this order with fabletics and have received all of them. Even after speaking to customer service my package still has not moved. I don't understand how its still sitting in transit at a facility for that long. I haven't even received my items but already not feeling good about fabletics.

I bought four items and decided to return two of them. I sent my return via USPS using the provided return label on June 9th. It's been almost 2 MONTHS and I have no refund. Their returns are handled by Pitney Bowes Returns, which means that you cannot track your package after it leaves the possession of USPS. I contacted Fabletics and they told me there is nothing they can do--they are also unable to track the return so they cannot tell me where the package is, when they will receive it, or if/when I will receive a refund. This is very unsettling! I immediately cancelled my membership knowing that I would have no reassurance if I ever needed to return something again. I am very disappointed in Fabletics for not taking more responsibility for the failure of their parcel return service.

I ordered a bunch of clothing on July 2nd. I like fableletics, I have been a member since 2014 and Still have pieces from back then, they hold up well. I decided to stock up. I bought several pieces for $245.00. I still haven't received my package. I was emailed a tracking number but all it shows are several Movements around the country, not any actual movement on the tracking scale. See photo. I emailed fabletics asking when my package would arrive and I got and email saying that it was on its way and that email was no longer a way to communicate, use social media. I went on Instagram and sent a DM explains the situation. I've heard nothing. Then I went to FB messenger and dealt with the bot and asked to speak with a rep. They haven't looked at me message. Then I went on FB and posted my situation, with another person saying she's having the same experience. Then my post was removed. But every post Fabletics has on FB, if you read al messages, are customers complaining of the same thing, nothing is being delivered and customer service isn't helping. It's too bad. I really like the product and have always had a good experience in the past. I just want my package or my money back.

So number one, the sizes run insanely small FYI. Secondly, you have to be a "VIP" member to get the 2 leggings for $24 I did this then my credit card was charged $49/mo even wen not purchasing anything. TOTAL SCAM. Shame on you Kate Hudson. Way to milk people at they lowest. I'm grossed out

Don't waste your money! You can get the same quality at target. And their customer service, what a joke! Took over a month to get my first order. Then the second order I just received after 29 days so nearly a month again and it's wrong! I preordered leggings and they sent me some generic black ones that I didn't order without so much as a call or email! I will never order from them again what a waste of money! So disappointed! And they do nothing to help on any format because you always seem to get a message back saying that format is no longer in use. Emails one line chat whatever. Fed up and will not give them my money again!

I purchased a pair of the men's workout shorts. The shorts are very comfortable to workout out in and do a great job of imitating more expensive gym clothes. I use them for HIIT and strength training. The short are ultimately great to workout in but quality is an issue. After three weeks of regular use I'm already noticing the stitching starting to fray in various areas of the shorts. Essentially, the shorts are breaking down fast. I've also had a horrible experience with their customer service department, they have to be the worst service department I've ever had to deal with. It was a nightmare and extremely tedious task to exchange a pair of shorts (white) that were semi transparent. Ultimately I do not recommend any purchases from this company... you lay for what you get and quality is the reason for how inexpensive these shorts are.

I love the Fabletics Products however their shipping is beyond the worst. I ordered two things from them with my member credits. It was shipped out to the wrong address (even though I had the correct one on file) and was returned back to the warehouse. When I figured this out I called them and they shipped another out no problem. Its a month and a half later and it STILL HASN'T COME. I totally get that shipping is delayed due to Covid however, they have tried to ship it out three times and it still isn't here.
Every time I call they are beyond nice but its difficult because all their celebrity brand reps seem to get their new products as fast as anything. So why does my order take forever to get to me?
I love the product and if they could step it up with the shipping I think it would be a real winner!

This is the poorest run company in the United States. I have tried numerous time to cancel the vip status. I bought outfits in December for gifts. I cancelled within days of allotted time. I have yet been able to cancel almost a year! The company has hit my credit card numerous time. They have had to reimburse me three times as of 7/21/20. I have had to put a freeze on my credit card. Then replace my credit card. Some how they found the new one. I wasn't a monthly thing of trying to get funds out but daily.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
