My only problem ordering is narrowing the selection because I want everything! Great quality and fit on everything I have ordered.

I didn't like how you spend your money, sometimes even hundreds at once, yet the points you earn expire relatively quick. This is unfair business practices. I also thought it was gross that Fabletics made the consumer pay the extra couple dollars on the chinese tariffs.

I have tried to contact their phone line MULTIPLE times over the past 2 days and have had ZERO luck! I have emailed that(which by the way does not work) and have used their live chat to ask for help but they have ALL been giving me barely any help by giving me a phone number that does not work. I have contacted them through facebook and instagram and have yet to see a response. I am extremely infuriated and just want to speak with their customer service number for my issue.

I have been ordering things from Fabletics for a very long time. The past year this company has really gone down. I have had two orders and the most recent one made me realize I won't be continuing my membership and ordering from them.
I placed an order and was looking forward to my products for an upcoming vacation planned 2 weeks after it was placed. I received a tracking number and it hasn't uploaded since their shipping partner supposedly sent it out to USPS. I had been trying to get a hold of customer service on all forms for multiple days When I finally got through to an obviously outsourced call center. They told me that they would have resent the items but now they are out of stock.
Unfortunately the only way when you want to cancel your membership and get the monthly credits back is through a check...

Awsome quality. I have been a member for a long time. I still have my 1st outfit. The materials have lasted countless washings. Great choices. Only downfall is sometimes my size isn't available in things I like.

I love the product. Very good quality and comfortable! It's very difficult to order monthly, or even bi-monthly, when you are always out of product. It's frustrating and disappointing. When there are sales, the only thing available is 3X or 4X. Why bother looking then. That's very frustrating when you get an email for a sale, but when you open it, everything is already gone. This always happens!

I forgot to cancel last month, no big deal, went on to pick something out. The bag I wanted was not eligible so I decided to wait until I found something that was. Went on this month to cancel and decided I would redeem my credit. Ordered and it looked like my membership fee had been applied(to certain items.) checked out and I cancel cancel for this month because I shopped but there is no indication of my other $50 credit for me to use. Why make this so difficult?

I purchased a two items for the price of one.
When I received my order only one item was sent to me.
I contacted customer service mentioning missing one item and they said I did not click for two items.
I said I did on the two for the price of one. I then asked to get the other article and they denied my request. After that I cancelled my membership with Fabletics.
I also get the membership was never enough money to cover the cost of a least one article. I ended up spending another $50 on top of the membership to get anything. Way too much to pay $100 for a pair of leggings.
The line has a nice variety of leggings but not always well describe when it comes to the thickness or lightness of the fabric.

I already had this top in black so when I saw it available in green I jumped at it. It fits great and I love the built-in bra as it reduces the amount of things I have to wear/wash. Also, the pocket on the back fits my large phone well.

I have wanteed these shorts all summer, but have not gone out anywhere. I finally went to the Old Orchard store and tried on for size. They didn't have but found them in Woodfield. The manager did a phone order. I got the correct item in color and size the next day! And I used my credit from a few months ago when I forgot to cancel the automatic charge. I'm very happy and thanks.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
