The customer support is horrible. I talked to a rep on the phone and he just plain out laughed at my situation. Then I took it to chat, the rep just left the chat without saying anything. There is 0 care in the company. They just want your money and build good relationships with celebrities. Such a horrible company overall.
This company is a joke. I ordered 2 leggings and when i got them they were too small - so i mailed back to exchange. During that process i spoke to 3 different customer service reps who hardly spoke english and were not friendly. Now, 4 weeks later, STILL no leggings per my exchange. I called - they still haven't received them. What?! After 4 weeks?! I just wanted my damn leggings and now I want a full refund. Never again will i ATTEMPT to buy from this company. It's so celebrity endorsed and yet lacks any type of customer service.
Very happy with my purchase. Color in material is vibrant and the fit is comfortable.

Make sure you read the fine print! All I wanted to do was purchase some leggings and didn't realise that I would be debited every single month for $50. Luckily I noticed after the first month and cancelled my "VIP" right away (not that I even recall signing up?). Seems like a scam to me. Cannot comment on product quality as I'm STILL waiting for it to arrive.

Customer service is shocking and reps have no idea.
Was told my order would take 4 days to process and the money wasn't taken out of my account. It has been over 4 days, the money was taken out immediately and the rep was denying everything even though I had the information in front of me.

First of all, most of their clothes are cropped tops and loud leggings. These are not things that will look on your average woman. There were a few things I liked, but honestly, how many pairs of black leggings does one woman need? On the few occasions when I did find something I liked, they NEVER had it in stock. I repeat... NEVER. Just today, I went to spend a member credit (which I had NOT purchased by choice, but only because I forgot to "skip" the month) and I went all the way through the order process and hit send--only to be told the item was sold out. This was not the first time this happened. Can't they tell you its sold out before you put it in your cart and go through the check-out process? Then, I ask to get the $49.95 back for the member credit and they refused. I told them I'd rather them keep my $49.95 and be done with them. I cancelled my membership and will never go back.

I joined fabletics a few months ago and have only ordered once after my initial purchase. I've skipped months and used my VIP credit. At the beginning of August, I signed in and skipped the outfit for the month and didn't think about it again. Today I received an email saying I didn't skip and that the credit was on my account. My mind immediately went back to the "horror stories" I had read before joining. I thought it would be a difficult process where I would be on hold and need to argue to get my credit reversed and maybe not get anywhere. This couldn't be farther from the truth. I started an online chat and was put in contact with Amanda (after about a 5-10 minute wait). She looked at my account and saw my previous activity and that I had skipped months in the past. Based on this, she processed a refund for the VIP credit. This was all taken care of in about 4 messages once Amanda was involved. Thank you Amanda for your help! The quality of clothing I have received has been great and my interaction with their customer service team has been exceptional!

I am a new comer to Fabletics. In May 2020 I purchased 2 pair of the leggings with side pockets. Today I wore the first pair and found the following: First I purchased XL, I am a size 12 and found the leggings did not give. I am 5''6" 170 lbs. Athletic build and larger thighs. Infact that is where I have most of my weight. I am 57. Did you forget that you have a whole 50 somethings demographic? Are you telling me I need an XXL to be comfortable? Wrong. I am an athlete and purchased these leggings at 3 times the amount I pay for leggings at KOHLs only to stuff them in the drawer never to be worn again.
Though I appreciate the longer length, because I have long legs, 34" inseam, the leggings gathered at my knees while I was walking. As well as the side pockets and material impede the bluetooth signal. The minute I removed my cell from the right side pocket I did not have any further bluetooth signal degradation.
So in short Fabletics gets an "F" for bad measurement recommendations, non-stretch materials, gathering at the knees, bad material that impedes bluetooth signal.
SAD! For $130.00 when I could have had twice the pairs of leggings from KOHLs or under arrmor.

I was a member of fabletics for a few months. Everything was fine until they charged me for an item I never purchased, claiming it was a preorder. I had never received a confirmation for this preorder. After speaking to a customer service agent, she claimed that there was nothing she could do, but she told me I could just return them. I go through the return process and only one of the items is processed as a return. I had returned all of them items (3 total) together with the packing slip that they provided. However, this packing slip apparently had only accounted for one of the items. When speaking to another customer service agent, they again told me there was nothing they could do. After asking to speak to someone higher up, and saying that I would, justifiably, dispute the charge through my bank, they miraculously figured out a way to refund me. Overall, the company is very sketchy and I would not recommend it unless you want to be scammed!

Like many other customers, I unintentionally subscribed to their VIP membership and I only realised when my bank accounted was credited. Whilst I recognise my mistake, I can see through numerous reviews that I am not the only one. Customers shouldn't be tricked into subscribing into a scheme they don't understand (or even don't know about!) - this is irresponsible marketing and unethical business. I can only imagine how many vulnerable customers have lost money on Fabletics. The products were ok, but I will never purchase again from this company and will select businesses with a stronger ethos.

It's all a big scam made terrible mistake thinking it was like Asda you guest checkout and membership added to your basket.
No where does it say for £49 a month.

Fabletics is horrible. Canceled my VIP account because the materials were not worth the prices. Had a credit on my account so used that and then canceled VIP account. Of course I never received the package and then they would only offer me a refund of a credit back to my account. Without the VIP membership, the credit barely covers any of the products. Worst company ever, save your money and DO NOT get involved with this company.

My kid just wanted to buy a few items. This notion of a subscription clothing service is insane. You'll have little success, I think, as people start to discover the charges mounting on their credit card. You need to do a better job of pausing things when it reaches some limit (which needs to be very low)... continually charging people for clothes is ridiculous.

Everything I have purchased from Fabletics looks as good in person as it does on the website and I am very satisfied with the quality of the workout outfits. The looks are always super chic and fit true to size!

The tracking hadn't been updated on my package for two weeks, so I contacted fabletics and they gave me store credit for out of stock items and reshipped the other. Well naturally, the package arrived the next day so I had to contact them again to clear it up, and both convos were easy and helpful. I'm very pleased with their customer support!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
