I ordered two pairs of pants, both are the same size but only one pair fits. The other pair is way too big. Since this was my second or for the same pants, they were to big the first time, I assumed these would fit and took all of the tags off, only to find one pair is way to big.
I enjoy shopping here bought me a scrub set. I am a solo esthetician and was able to find a uniform that actually fits and material that has great quality they even gave me a free bag with my purchase I did get a size medium in the pants seems like I have gotten back down to a small, but that is OK because it still fits nice
I enjoy the Fabletics line from their workout gear to their clothing. My only complaint is that the "free gifts" and "coupons" they give you for future purchases can never be redeemed because nothing seems to be eligible. Making their extra add on purchase incentives bogus.
Your store employees are always very helpful! However, your online customer service is absolutely the worst I've ever worked with and the monthly membership is a scam too. Also, your women's size are extremely inconsistent, I bought 2 shirts in different colors but same sizes and one was way too big and the other was too small. Fabletics needs to get there act together.

Everything is always great quality and fits perfect. Material is soft and moves with you. Colors are bold, don't fade or run.
I have bought for myself, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters and everyone loves them. The pricing when there are sales is unbeatable.
The last several things I have ordered were bad. One had an ugly waistband with words. The last petite pair I ordered were NOT petite at all. Lost trust in the company.

Pants were 3 inches above the ankle and it was not described as such. I have bought the same exact style inj the pst and continue to wear those pants, but this pair for some reason arrived much too short.

I'm a senior and recognize that online things can be confusing, but!
I had no idea I was joining something when I ordered a pair of pants! I was charged for at least three months before questioning what was going on. We then ordered several items to "spend" our credit. None of those things were really anything we wanted or needed.

Customer has been great. But the supply and demand doesn't go together. Everything is sold out in the beginning of every month for over a year. And just when I think I got something in time, and order says shipped, a day later says that order was successfully returned. Why?... because it was never shipped because it was out of stock. So another month without an order. I'm done with it

I purchased something from this company and, unknowingly to me and without my consent, they signed me up for a $60-a-month membership. This is total customer deceit and very sleazy business tactics. This place will scam you. Avoid this company.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the leggings, pants, shorts and sports bras over bought from Fabletics - all have been to notch and very comfortable. Sadly, there's really not much available in the way of natural fibers (i. E., cotton) for tops.

I was pleasantly surprised on the quality and style of the clothes, but I swear to God I canceled and I still have to go through a whole process using rocket money after being charged 80 bucks that wasn't expecting or something like that
Best leggings and Sports Bras. I have tried many and none have ever worked like this brand. Never Disappoint.
The first pair of Fabletics I got about five years ago are still my favorite. I became a member and bought many things over the last two years, I just the quality declined and gifts I bought for my family had holes in them within a few months. I tried several Yitty items which were fun, but I'm not sure the quality matched the pricing.

I have recently ordered online & had multiple orders delivered my packages with Doordash.
One was delivered to the wrong address. The last two times, the item never came & has had to be returned and credited.

As a fitness professional, I wear a lot of workout gear. This is some of the most well made workout clothes I've owned. Quality seams, and materials. Two 👍🏻 thumbs up!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
