Still haven't received my order.😞usually pretty quick delivery.not sure what the hold up is

Shipping was quick and I love the products I purchased they were true to what displayed on the website

I never got my order my order hasn't been shipped out yet it was supposed to be here yesterday

Order keeps getting delayed. I know the boots will be fine but i don't like that the order is delayed.

I received a pair on leggings instead of 2 pairs of kids boots then when I called to ask to have them send the correct order the agent was extremely hard to understand and was incredibly rude! I still haven't gotten my order 😭

I was sad to see how low quality these boots were. The picture did not represent the product very well. The positive is that I had a credit to use towards these.

All the boots are true to fit. One pair was a lil bit tight around the arch area but over all quality is great. Came early than expected. My daughter love her shoes.

Order delivery delayed still no estimate of delivery

I noticed I bought a shoe that may not work out for my daughter and I immediately called not even a 2 minutes after and I was told the order was already being processed, I stated I just submitted, I was told they could only delete or cancel the entire order, which I did not want to do, because it could've taken a few days for the system to REFUND.

Then all I keep getting is messages

There was a pair of boots on their way to my house FedEx was delivering them but they won't leave the boots I don't know where the boots are I never got it
