I need to cancel my subscription, but they don't make it easy. I keep accruing credits so I have to spend them. You can by similar outfits of similar quality at Walmart for lower prices. Sizes are often out too.

The prosses was easy but the children all fit differently the boys boots are tight, the youngest doesn't like how hard they are, the oldest I got too big. So it is not as easy as I thought.

Most adult companies have 10-20 $ monthly commitment. I feel 49.95 is expensive. Also, ages 6-7 and up, the boys options are very immature and not very appealing.

I always have problems finding sneakers for my daughter she have some problems with her feet and I can only find the sneakers she need at a good prize on fabkids for some reason.

Shoes are cute and kids love them. Credit system is hard to manage. It automatically takes off at checkout but won't take off full amount. You buy one shoe it takes off half but you buy two it took off everything except a handful of dollars.

Ordered a size 9 and received a 13. Replacement 9 was sent but received a 12. Replacement 9 sent AGAIN and got a 13 again. So instead of one size 9, I have 3 pairs all wrong sizes.
UPDATE
They reached out responding to my comment saying they have hassle free returns/exchanges. It was a HASSLE to keep returning to the post office multiple times to return incorrect shoes THEY sent me. Ultimately my order was cancelled and all the shoes sent back. Still 1 star.

Besides it being good products and quality materials and it's what you expect when you order something. And that is what I got, however, it was a little upset to find out that I was not able to use my JustFab points for the JustFab kids Fab portion of the website I had to pay separately for her things and then get to use my points over on just that so I kind of wish that they would Clash together I think that would be pretty cool but overall I still love this company and I won't be switching but all in hopes of a merge :)
