Overall good experience, however; one of the shirts wasn't what I had seen in the site. Another down side was that the order was delivered in two separate packages on two different days, over two week period and place in two different places (one was delivered to my front door and the other placed inside mailbox). The main reason I wasn't satisfied with this is the lack of communication about the orders being split into two.

I attempted to resolve issue with customer service and they could t answer whom they even ship with. According to the tracking number provided the package has been shipped and sitting in Phoenix for 12 days

I ordered an outfit (sz 10/12) for my grandson. Thought pants were sweatpants to open and find that thy were furry like a teddy bear. Home use only he says.

Ordered two pairs of shoes and a t-shirt for my grandson. One pair of shoes was supposed to light up and they would not. The t-shirt we ordered in a 2T which is his regular size and he is on the small side but the 2T shirt we ordered was very small.

Some of the products are a good price for the quality, just make sure that you skip each month before the 5th or you are going to get charged 40 dollars. Also, the money you rack up in "free purchases" can rarely be used to buy anything. Probably want to skip this one unless you have disposable income. Decent clothing for the price.

I had store credit so decided to see what was in stock this time. Barely anything to fit my son. A pack of 3 pairs of sweat pants were $60 for a toddler. A TODDLER! This is supposed to a cheaper site than a lot of others. Its not! Will be canceling my subscription. As long as I've had it, 1 out of ten items I chose has his size. Too much frustration for the price.

I give Fabkids 5 stars because the service was amazing. The only complaint is the clothings are too expensive for kids with growth spurts. I would buy something for $40 or more just for my daughter or son to grow out of it after literally 2 times. If I'm paying that much I would at least keep it and wear it a few more times. That price is okay for adult clothing because we're done growing so therefore we could wear our clothing more than a couple times. That's one of the reason why I had to cancel.

I don't love the monthly "membership fee" which I have to remember to cancel every month. I'm actually considering cancelling altogether since being a member 5 years ago because it hasn't changed. Please change it!

The box they came in was completely opened I was scared that the shoes were stolen but no just a taping issue and the shoes ran much bigger than I though my daughter is in size 13 that's what I ordered only for them to be much larger and she can't wear them.
