I gave it 4 stars only because my daughter was able to pull the one lace out when it is slip on shoes. I had to struggle to put it back in, but things happen no big deal.

Didn't send the right sizes I wanted one set of each one was size 3 and the other size 6/7 and I got 2 of 6/7 n one dress of the size 3 I can't make my child wear the same clothes!

They were helpful with getting another order sent to me, but they kept being condescending about my address not being updated when it was. I had changed it when I made the order, and the system changed it back to the previous address. I went in and changed it again while we were messaging, and they said it was still showing the old address. So it was obviously a system problem. I didn't appreciate them acting like I was dumb and not understanding

I am constantly forgetting to "skip" a month before I get charged the monthly fee. They won't allow you to do it "early." I have questions, but don't know how to get them answered. The site is not very user friendly.

I ordered on December 11 and as of January 19 I still have no received my order. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift I ordered in plenty of time for it to arrive.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
