You can cancel your subscription, but you have to keep receiving the product until your subscription runs out. No refunds or stopping the boxes, even though I am not happy with the products. I'm super disappointed that I have to keep getting products I wouldn't normally buy, the items are not "quality" products. For example I received a 'coin purse' that was lower quality than one from the dollar store. I will not be renewing.

I have enjoyed everything I've gotten from FabFitFun! After the snow storm in Texas, I unfortunately had to cancel due to needing all extra funds to put towards repairing my house, which partly collapsed under the weight of snow we got. Snow is not normal for the part of Texas I am in, therefore we didn't know how to prepare or know what to expect. When I had to cancel, I not only was greeted with understanding and care from the rep I spoke to, but I was also refunded even though that is not normal policy. They truly care for their customers who are going through hard times and are willing to help in any way they can!

I'm a VIP and there was a glitch in the email system that should have alerted me that it was time to choose my box customizations but I didn't know it. I was sent an email that it was time but when I logged in customizations were closed. I emailed CS and they acknowledged the unfortunate mishap and offered a solution. Fab Fit Fun has the BEST customer service!
The first box that I ordered was November 2020 and I sent the entire box to my son's girlfriend. Everything in it was awesome and honestly, if I didn't love her so much I would've kept it.
I love the interaction that their representatives have on their socials and when I needed help with a situation that I caused myself, it was an easy fix(or so Eden made it seem.) I'm really looking forward to my Spring box and all of the boxes to come!

I placed an order on June 2nd and never received my order. Their shipping schedule is very vague. I gave them extra time to receive my order. It never came. FFF said it was "lost in transit" stating it was sent on the same day I made the order. I never received my order, or a tracking number. Now, 6 weeks later, they informed me that it would take 3 to 4 more weeks to receive the order. I was disappointed and just canceled the order all together.

While on vacation my husband unknowingly drug my favorite tote on the ground, I have used everyday since I got it. It was shredded. I reached out to fff's customer service, the rep I had took the time to see if he could locate another I could purchase to replace my poor destroyed bag. Unfortunately fff no longer had any in stock. He instead gave me $10 credit which I truly appreciated to help replace it. I have not always had such amazing service. He alone restored my faith in fff and ill be renewing my subscription for another year.

When I spoke to Nona I was confused about how the Fit Fab Fun program works. She was courteous knowledgeable patient and personable. I appreciate the service you offer, the products are a great value and having good customer service reps is the reason why I might end up signing up for annual. I just want to see how it goes with the order before I make a final decision. I appreciate your kindness and the concept of getting a box of great value and awesome things to look forward to.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
