The woman I spoke to to get my refund was very knowledgeable. I had cancelled my prescription in January. February 5th I received my cancellation email from FabFitFun. But I still had trouble cancelling. She helped me and set up my refund. Which I will receive in 3 to 5 days. I am grateful.
My order was missing 3 items, I did a live chat with Joni C & she looked up my account & informed me that those particular items were all being shipped separately by their manufacturer. FFF ALWAYS has top notch customer service reps! They resolve most issues on first contact. Thank you!

One of my boxes was sent to a old address and not returned. The rep was able to pull my information and get most my customary items in the new box coming. It was quick and completed! It makes me want to continue my membership with Fab Fit Fun. Normally things are not so simple
I was trying to customize my order but really messed up and added 2 add ons instead. Being on a fixed income i really couldn't afford the extra amount. I replied to an email with my situation and Dorothy corrected my mistake fast and friendly. Super job

Felt like this box was cheap and childish. A cactus cup, a daisy hat, very small daisy hair clips for children's hair and very small pink fuzzy slippers. Have always been very happy, this box not do much, it felt like a box for a child.

The customer support I received for an issue that came up with one item that didn't come as it should have in my box was responsive and was resolved by the end of the short chat. The item will be mailed directly to me shortly.
I have been thrilled with all my boxes and the extra things i have been ordering with fabfitfun too. It is like Christmas coming early for me. :) We all need some cheer and surprises during the pandemic.

Never miss your opportunity to make your own selections as staff selections are the absolute worst! No adult wants or needs a cactus and straw drinking cup. Shameful FFF. Take a look at this box!

Literally cannot believe anyone goes for a second "season" my package is lost in Illinois and they wont' deal with it until is has been lost for a month, what exactly did I pay for?
The issue was resolved in a quick and timely matter all of the issues were resolved and customer service was excellent.

I tried to purchase on the site for a straight week and had to keep stopping bc was so frustrating.
The items in the FFF boxes are usually more hits than misses, but every time I've had an issue or question with my subscription--the customer service team has been amazing. They're friendly, proactive with solutions to your problem and provide clear detailed instructions on what is needed.
I missed my customization for the first tine and looked at what was automatically selected and was so disappointed. I contacted customer service by chat feeling like if they couldn't do anything that maybe it was tine to end the subscription. The CSR was Nico and while he confirmed that it was too late to customize the box as it's has already been sent, he offered me a great consolation prize without me even having to ask. I was very impressed and delighted with this and left the call happier then ever with my FFF membership!
The advantages of the quality, price paid, and just the fun of getting good surprises every quarter with FabFitFun is pretty well known by now, and I don't think I have anything to add on that aspect that hasn't already been said hundreds of times. But I've had reason to contact customer support 3 or 4 times over the past 2 or 3 years I've been a member, and that's an area that's not often needed, but where they really shine. Regardless of my problem or question, the responses I've received from FFF customer service have, without exception, been friendly, professional, and FAST. It seems during the COVID problems, many companies have used it as an excuse to cut back on their customer service. Not so with FFF. Just makes me appreciate the company that much more!

Trish was very nice and knowledgeable but I had a hard time sending pictures as I explained to her. Don't know what I was missing except one the auto delivery because I was trying to cancel it.
I received a free box from a friend, the only thing is you're supposed to pay the shipping fee only, awesome! Everything was perfect until I mistakenly activated the seasonal plan and was charged over $50. I contact customer service and they were able to make a full refund. I'm sure I will subscribe after I get the box, I know customer service is 5stars!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
