So far, so good!

I just ordered my box yesterday and accidentally upgraded to an annual subscription. So they wound up taking out around $250 instead of the $50 seasonal. She was able to refund the $200 and I got it redeposited today!

Fast and friendly

My first box came with one piece damaged and it couldn't have been easier to get it fixed. I really appreciate that no additional information was needed from me that could hold up a replacement being sent. She gave me a time like of when I can expect my replacement to set my expectations. So easy.

When you decide you want out because its the same crap every time they $#*! you around for months until you finally make a strongly worded complaint, I literally only giae them 1 star because I can't give them 0.

Nightmare

I have watched for my order for days- I even added several hundred dollars for extras thinking it would be fun
I saw that I got a delivery
Nothing on my porch-I asked my family where my package was **
No help when I called the delivery person
No help online it is not fun to waste so much time

Amazing customer service

Good customer service

I had put fifty items in my cart to go back later and review. New to fitfabfun, didn't know it would charge me to the tune of $900 if I didn't remove... yikes!
Called them panicing and quickly they reversed my charges and deleted my cart add ons, all within a minute. Nice, friendly and efficient is a nice welcome, I will continue to use the box service due to how they handled my issues. Thank you. It is all about customer service in todays world.

Spring Box Order (Charge Date and Time)

The customer service rep was helpful. Everything is fine.
However, The note posted online was misleading, it stated [All products in your cart will be automatically billed on February 24,11:59 PM, PST no checkout required.] The automatic billing hit 24 hour earlier then it stated.

Stolen Box

My box was stolen. I reported my issue and a replacement box is on its way. I had to give an alternative address. Can't wait to receive my replacement box. Customer service was helpful and friendly.
