I received my FFF box, which was AWESOME! BUT... my "Fatboy" shampoo and conditioner had leaked inside the plastic bag they were (thankfully) packed in. I took a couple of quick pics before cleaning them up and contacted FFF right away. Sandy from their team got back to me in a very timely manner and solved my problem. A quite a bit of product had been lost and it was pretty messy. She is having replacements sent out.
I am happy to have it taken care of.

I have honestly loved the variety of products and have so many new favorites!
I bought into FFF and had no idea any company would not stand behind their product. This company takes your money, charges extra for the products you actually would want, denies any returns and will not allow annual membership to cancel without keeping your money. When I attempted to return, I was offered 50% back. Not yet received. Think many times and really read the conditions this company is based on before you invest and believe in them. The quality of the products I received is very poor. Treat yourself to a trip to TJ Maxx. You will get better merchandise and save money.

Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Annual Membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual Memberships pre-pay for 4 boxes and are non-refundable. Additionally, the items in our Add-On sales are an additional charge and those prices are laid out in the sale. There is also a disclaimer prior to entering the sale and in the cart that explains the Add-On sale process. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note refunds typically take 3-5 business days to post back to your bank account but could take longer, depending on your bank. I was missing a product in my box. First Time I have ever had an issue with FFF. I've been a annual customer for 3 years now. I reach out to FFF today by email and with 4 hours they got back to me and had a solution to my missing item. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Any time I have needed customer service it has been amazing! I've talked to customer service 3 times and every time has been great. It's so nice to talk to customer service that actually knows what they are doing! I accidentally upgraded my subscription and they refunded my money and fixed my account in a very timely manner.

So I misunderstood some of the ordering process and messed up, I was distracted! I sent an SOS message and got a prompt email back on how to fix it via email and the email suggested that I just call them and have someone help me out and I'm so glad I did! What amazing customer service! I actually felt better after getting off of the phone! How often does that happen? She even went over the customization options and read reviews on them for me. I spend my days teaching high schoolers, and tried to place an order over a couple minute break and there's always chaos even in that, so I sat in my car after work and I'm just so thankful to have ended a long day like that.

I very rarely give 5 star reviews, why? Because I feel that it is reserved for truly above and beyond service. My son gave me a FabFitFun subscription for Christmas, I was really excited and loved the thoughtfulness of the gift. I received my first box and it was filled with amazing gifts like the bathrobe, which that alone paid for the first installment, as I wear it almost everyday! So, recently I've been seeing information on the spring box, but had no idea how to customize since it was a gift... I contacted them through FB Messenger and they answered within 24 hours and provided me instructions on how to transfer the account to me. Unfortunately, I realized that being very new to FabFitFun I had missed the customization deadline, so I contacted them and asked if there was any way to still choose items because I knew there were certain things I would never use... they answered quickly and helped me customize my box AFTER the deadline and were kind, courteous and super efficient. They even sent me a confirmation of the items I chose to be included in my next box... I had no real way to show my appreciation other than to give them a review they definitely deserve. I would HIGHLY recommend this subscription to anyone looking for excellent products, as well as, AMAZING customer service. And I didn't get anything free, discounted or payment for this review... this is exactly my experience with FabFitFun and I will not hesitate the next time I'm searching for a special gift for someone, I'll go directly to FabFitFun!

I had a personal experience within the subscription box world... A girl named Amy, was assigned my ticket & helped me with the error. She was so kind, sweet, amazing all the while, definitely knowing her stuff. This young lady was very very helpful to us!
I ordered an item and the item was wrapped well but due to shipping and handling it broke and I emailed fab fit fun and I got any response within hours they credit my account because the item was no longer in stock and I sent them a picture after they had already done my refund to help them with the shipper. This was the best response I have ever had with a subscription service I will forever be a faithfulAnd loyal customer and will recommend them to all of my friends

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
