Box looks like it was tampered with, I never had any problems with any of the boxes that received in the past.
I have been a customer of FabFitFun for probably 3 or 4 years now and I have NEVER been disappointed. Once my box was being shipped later than usual and they emailed to let me know of the situation and gave me a credit towards my next purchase. This time one of my items is missing, I emailed and immediately received an email back from Sheena in customer care letting me know they will have that shipped ASAP. They could have said we will put it in your next box but no they are shipping this small item on its own.
I love the boxes, the products they have introduced me to are all great. Every time my subscription comes up to renew I think ‘should I renew, I should stop indulging myself' but then I renew again as I always receive high quality products that have helped me enormously and when o add up what's in my box, well it's a bargain!
I love this company, their products and their customer service.

At first, the boxes were really good. The last two boxes were just sad. This last one (I have cancelled) is Just embarrassing. I received a ridiculously cheap looking plastic cactus drinking cup. Looks like it came from The dollar store.
I received bedroom slippers I could buy for 5.00 with a fff value of 48.00? No way. Makeup rounds, Cheap polyester Scarfs, a silly looking hat I will never wear with a fff value of 85.00, and a cheap watch fff value day 105.00? No way. That's just ridiculous. Just so cheap and everything made in China. I could purchase everything that came in my box for less than 50.00
I actually tried to cancel many times before the box was shipped. The web site wouldn't allow me to cancel. It kept circling back to "we want you to stay". I gave up and the next day it said my box shipped. I'm done with fff. Just not worth it! Cheap cheap cheap!

FabFitFun has the best customer service of probably any other site/company I have used. The chat box is open 24/7 and never has a long wait time. They are extremely sweet and personable and always fix my issues.

I have been having issues with fabfitfun for over a year. I am never sent the customization emails. Each time I try to resolve the issue, the customer service rep will say they fixed the issue... apologize and promise it's fixed. Next season... same stuff over and over! I have changed my email address twice now, and have still had this issue... I have asked to speak with someone higher, do that maybe they can help me figure out the issue... I have been promised, yet nobody has contacted me.
I thought i had an issue with Fabfitfun sending me the wrong box. The customer service went beyond to check everything out. They couldn't figure out how i received the wrong one but kept looking. Then it hit me, it was my add-ons that i was looking for, not my box. I felt so foolish and apologized for my brain not functioning properly. Guess being stuck inside for so long had affected me. Lol. They were so professional and told me not to worry about it and told me that box was being put together. I still feel foolish. Should have checked before i made that poor woman go through all that work looking for my seasonal box. But she was great and kind

I just can't put in words how much I love FabFitFun. I have my mom do it, so I can get 2 boxes! (She gets some lol). I also have my husband doing it. The value is jaw dropping! I spent what $50 for $600 worth of items (yes, I added it all together). The product's, let me tell you... WONDERFUL! I have my brand new spanking watch on, I used my sweet bag to put all my goodies in to go show the hubby. That was ONLY one box with no add on's. Let's talk about add on's. Hmmm maybe an account drainer... that's in a great way. I just want to know how people don't buy everything! If I had the money 100% I would have bought it all. I got a Kate Spade purse for half the cost! I got Kate Spade earrings and socks, and just sooo much more. I spent a lot, but got so much more. I save more than half I would say almost 2/3 off retail. My hubby took my CC until the sale was over to prevent any more orders lol.
Ok so one box I was not too happy with I didn't get to make my choices during the customize window. Anyways, I wasn't very happy with the items I got. They were not bad, just bit things that interested me. I emailed them over it, expecting nothing. I won't say the outcome but the rep was amazing! So friendly! No matter the outcome I would have been happy just bc she made me feel valued and made me feel I was important to them.
All around wonderful company. The only thing that I am not thrilled with is the shipping time. It takes forever to get your stuff. I received my spring box today, it took like 2 weeks. It sat in a post office in Indiana for 4 days.

Couple months ago i got a box winter one i think and i was very unsatified it was one of the worst boxes ive ever seen, anyway i sent fabitfun customer care i wrote them an email and they replyed plus sent me a gift to better my day amd they were very helpful nice careing just really cool person that helped me, very good customer service give them 5 *..

After ordering my box, I realized I was less than thrilled with the options, so I decided to cancel. Days later it appeared the cancellation had not gone through. I chatted with Ezra who took care of cancelling and refunding my order. And I got the refund notice that day! Amazing! Yes, I will consider looking at their boxes again.

Had a regular subscription, and had no problems whatsoever. Was enticed with the promotions to upgrade my box with first selections and premium add ones but that's when the issues started. The first box after I upgraded was excellent. Nice products definitely worth the extra money. But the next box... I didn't get to customize, my box, I emailed, was given the option to customize, minus the three things that were sold out. Then I get a box in the mail with none of the customizations I picked. And the products in said box... were so cheap looking, I could have bought all of the products inside at dollar tree. The box was supposed to feature products valuing over $100 and they ended up looking like I could have bought the whole box for under $20. Only saving Grace is the customer service who helped me cancel my subscription and get a refund. If I could I'd return the whole box.

My box had been marked as delivered, and never showed up. I spoke to fedex, local post office & neighbors in my panic. I picked out things for my fiancé and it was very important to me. After waiting the recommended business days I called again with little hope. My box is currently replaced with the same items I picked out for her! I'm so happy with this company and impressed with customer service!

I got the Spring 2021 box - I really wanted the black nylon tote. Their business model is irritating - you sign up, pay, and then you have a 3 day window weeks in the future to pick your choices. There is a risk that your choice will be sold out... anyway, making sure I hit that 3 day window in the future was stressful - but I remembered to log on in time and got my first choices on my 3 picks (you get 3 customizations if you get a seasonal membership and 5 customizations and earlier picking window if you get the yearly subscription). The choices in the 2nd and 3rd picks was sort of picking the least junkie items... I didn't like the choices they gave us - I chose slippers and rattan coasters. The five items they picked for me were - a pair of scarves, tweezers, reusable face cleaning rounds, and gritty hand scrub. Other than the hand scrub, I didn't care for the other items (or the slippers or the coasters, for that matter...). So I basically paid for the tote - which I really wanted, got a bonus hand scrub, and 6 items I will either re-gift or donate...

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
