My box came with onlty 1 item. No damage to the box just looked like a simple mistake, were all human. And it was resolved within a few steps. I'll continue to tell people about fabfitfun and the great products.
My box was damaged and I emailed about it and the next day they got back to me.

I guess I took a chance on FabFitFun, as reading all of the Facebook comments tells me more than enough about this company. My second box ever & it was never received at the shipping facility? And now... that I FINALLY reached out 20 days after receiving my tracking info... they tell me that you changed the contents in the Spring Box? What the heck? I was very much looking forward to a lot of the items in the box. Really hope my customizations are still available. Will decide if I'm keeping my subscription once (if ever) I receive my Spring Box. Customer service (jack) was great & just doing his job. I applaud him. As a company, do better.

I have one word to sum it up it was HORRIBLE! Talk about cheap I think they ran to the dollar store last min and threw the items in the box. I was so disappointed I wouldn't even pick out this stuff let alone pay 45 dollars for it talk about CHEAP! I'm never able to get in the app to choose my items so I think they just gave me the left overs 300 dollars worth I don't think so. I had paid for the year in advance because the first box I got was so good and worth it the last three where horrible think that's how they real you in. I will not be ordering from them ever I will attach photos so you can see how cheap they are I cant wait to see the next box I'm supposed to get. 1 plastic purple cactus cup 2. Journal 3. Make up pads 4. A watch it's not even cute and its really cheap looking. 5. Floppy flower hat 6. Dental floss they claim that coast 25 dollars who spends 25 dollars on flavored dental floss WTH 6. Flower earrings that big and I dont even those. GOOD LUCK PEOPLE my experience with FABFIT FUN WAS NOT FUN AT ALL! I I feel really ripped off. It killing me to give 1 star if I could it would be a BIG O. Also side note I reached out to them before I wrote this review they never responded to me.

Just cancelled my subscription after getting this Spring box. What a bunch of junk. Make-up pads made in China that were padded rounds of fake fur, I'm not sure if they were to take make up off or put it on - either way, junk. Hair clips that were cute but completely unusable to anyone with thicker hair, junk; a clear plastic make up organizer (?) that was 6 inches by 8 inches with tiny cubes - what am I going to organize in that? Junk. Flavored floss? WTF? Junk. And the packing cubes were the biggest junk of all - they were MAYBE 2 inches thick - what am I going to pack in these stupid things? One sweater? There is other junk - but these were the highlights. JUNK JUNK JUNK. DO NOT bother.

I got my spring 21' box. What a joke, the pictures they used in customization made duffle bag and exercise ball much bigger than they are. The exercise ball is literally a standard size soccer ball. The Olivia bag is half the size of the picture. And 4 disposable makeup pads I can get at the dollar store.
If you haven't cancelled yet, don't waste another dime. There are far better subscriptions than this scam.

The Fall and Winter Boxes were great. The Spring... another story. Not only were the selections subpar, but my order was also incorrect. I'm not sure if it's Covid or what, but they need to work on curating better selections and work on the output of their technology when it comes to fulfilling orders. The 2021 Summer Box may be my last one.

My issue was resolved and I am very happy with the service I received. My conversation record via (chat) online was even emailed to me... that's an awesome feature!

My first Winter Box was lovely... my Spring Box was filled with junk. As I had a hard time picking from the unimpressive selection offered, i was sent several products that are truly throwaways including: a plastic cactus shaped beverage holder with a straw, cosmetic puffs, furry slippers that are too big for a medium size, pretty barrettes that I have no use for.
Save your money.

I was unable to get into my account and check on my renewal subscription. My customer service representative Cesar, explained every step until I totally understood everything as well as helped me reset passwords. The wait on the phone was very brief and efficient. Super impressed with their customer service. Keep up the good performance!

Has anyone else experienced this? The merchandise is crap! It's a shame if that's really the price they claim it to be. I received a bucket hat, make up pads, a net bag & a plastic cactus cup (for a 10 year old!). WOW! Also, they jumped the gun & renewed my subscription before my annual activation date. My activation date was March 16 & I had cancelled my subscription the month before. So what did I receive on March 3rd? This "stuff!" At first, they weren't going to reimburse me my yearly subscription fee, but finally did. I still had to pay for the box that they sent to me ahead of date. They should have refunded me the whole thing & ate the cost of the premature box. Funny thing is, they wanted to bribed me to keep my subscription with a cheap gift. LOL! I'm done! NOT WORTH THE MONEY ANY MORE!

I received my spring box and was very happy with it. However I did order 2 Jose Eber products that I did not receive. I know on the description it is noted that it would be shipped directly from outside source. However, FFF is not able to find out an ETA of when customers will receive their items. They cannot even tell if it has been shipped at all. Doesn't make much sense to me.

Just enrolled in the annual subscription and was having technical issues with site when came to customizing box. Isaac was extremely helpful and understanding and emailed options and able to do so over the phone! So excited to get 1st box!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
