Of course with a business like this, being an annual member is better than seasonal if you run across an issue their support staff is excellent! I have never had a bad experience and I am going on 3 years now
My advice would be to go annual the perks are just better! Treat yo self! You are the only self you have! Love and spoil it and do it by ordering fff you won't regret it!
If you choose an annual membership, be aware of the date you joined. If you cancel after that date, you will not get any money refunded, but boxes.

I somehow missed my customization window for my spring box. Upon emailing customer service about my issue, they told me that my box had already been processed and was ready to ship, so I couldn't customize it... BUT they were willing to send me a second shipment with my personal choices at no additional charge. Wow! Customer for life after such a generous solution.
I had received defected items that were unusable. They made the ordeal fair by fixing immediately.

Every time I contact FFF for ANY issue they reply quickly, personably and efficiently to my email. They resolve the issue immediately. They are on their game.

I had multiple issues one with a product that was severely damaged after use and also had technical issues with my choices and add-ons. This customer service representative went above and beyond to assist me to resolve my issues and to make me feel like a valued customer. I'm very satisfied with the service he provided. I have also spoken to many reps in the past regarding an issue with emails and not receiving information from this company he's the only representative after all of these who is able to resolve this issue. My daughter gave me four boxes for Christmas. I wanted to get a box for each of my step-daughters. The chat process really helped me to do this when I was not able to figure it out for myself. Great products, exceptional service. I recommend that you just try this. One box and you will see what I mean :).

I had to cancel my subscription with Fab Fit Fun for a little while and I was sent another box and didn't know why. The representative helped me and let me know the reason.

I really wanted to get some more Bomshbee champagne glasses and wasn't able to purchase them individually. I went to the Bomshbee site and they were sold out. Then I thought possibly I could purchase another Winter box with the glasses and I bought two.

I've been an annual member of FFF now for a few years and I love the idea and the fact that I get $200+ worth of items for $50! That alone is a reason to love this company. The products are always top line. I've always customized my box during the customization period where I can choose which items I want so that's why I'm never disappointed and I've sometimes used the Add-On's to purchase amazing products for a great deal! All around I love Fab Fit Fun and the amazing products they offer for a great price, there's also that surprise element to getting a big box full of goodies that it very exciting too!

I was worried because my box was saying $0.00 and nothing in it. I thought my customizations did not go thru. Not only did Cedrix reassure me that it did, he told me each item I had customized. He was very professional, pleasant, helpful and friendly. I hope of I ever have another issue I have the pleasure to talk to him again.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
