I recently resubscribed to fabfitfun and have received a coupon code that I couldn't seem to redeem. Aira from their customer service has helped me a lot in figuring out how to resolve my issue. The product selection for spring 2021 was amazing, I was able to pick everything I wanted. Keep it up FabFitFun.
Item came broken and not useful. Sent in a complaint they asked for photos and refunded the price.

My 1st box was great but after that, everything starts going downhill. Every time I place an order for seasonal boxes, add ons, and any other sale, it takes forever to ship to my house. I still haven't received something from add ons and I contacted customer service at FFF, the reply was, "we don't normally give refunds but we will do it for you this one time." Really, you took my money but didn't send me the product so now you are being nice and refunding me? That has to be a joke, if I didn't get a refund or the product I paid for, that is considered fraud so it's so very nice of you to refund me. You've got to be kidding me, what a way to treat your customers that you are making money off of. I can't wait until my subscription is up so I can cancel. For those thinking about getting a box, DONT DO IT!

It's so fun to get packages in the mail! The items in these boxes are pretty nice, especially for the price you pay, the items are worth so much more.
The customer service is excellent. I've used their chat feature and their email feature for issues I had run across (being a new member). Their customer service really does make my day.

It takes your boxes entirely too long to arrive. I have several box-memberships and yours by far takes the longest -- consistently - pandemic or no. It also appears that you are now using subpar courier services (at least one) to deliver your slow arriving boxes. No customer service available to inquire about undelivered boxes. But, I do love most of the products.,. Once they arrive However, I can get them from other brands... quicker.

Great way to try to products at reduced prices. Any time there is an issue customer service is friendly helpful and always solves any problems.

My biggest issue is I signed up for one box, and as I went through the process, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a years subscription. I decided I would. I went through my credit card statement and found out I had been charged for 5 boxes, instead of 4. Fff did refund the initial box, however they stated that in FAQ they address the issue I had. I think they should be more up front about this, it seems a bit underhanded. When my box arrived and I checked out the contents, I wish I had gone with my initial "one box" choice. I'm 61 years old, I don't have much use for daisy hair clips, or a cheap plastic cactus cup with straw, but that is just me.

Signed up as an annual member. First box, I was so excited. I even added close to $200 of add ons! Status updated on 2/17 that my box would ship soon. It's March 26th, I'm still waiting, and tracking number is just that... a number... no package has been picked up, nothing has changed. 6 chats and emails with customer service and nothing! Save your money!

I have always taken great joy with all of the aspects of my fab fit fun subscription. I am typically a patient person and understand the challenges and shipping out so many boxes to so many customers in several different countries. My box was really taking long this time, but I was being patient, but the. I was disappointed when I was sent an email for a spring edit sale encouraging me to purchase more items when my spring fab fit fun box had not yet even shipped. This was further disappointing after it went past the 30 days and then add on top of that I notification received today informing me one of my add-ons was sold out. I only ordered one shirt as an add-on in three different colours I can't tell which shirt isn't coming I still don't know customer service wasn't able to tell me, it doesn't even make any sense my order shipped on March 10 without this item why wasn't I notified at that time that I wouldn't be getting it.
I have encouraged many friends to subscribe, I have only written positive comments on social media posts and within the forum, I unbox my subscription every season on my YT channel, with so much enthusiasm that I know other people have used my code to purchase boxes. However I'm finding it hard to maintain my enthusiasm after all these little issues this spring.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
