I got a mini box with my regular box, and it's filled with awesome goodies. It's been hard the last year, but these boxes help me with serotonin when I absolutely need it the most. It's quality, which seems to be missing in subscription boxes I have had in the past. It's also introduced me to things I didn't even know I needed, like daily sheet masking to boost my mood.

Had a package go missing was able to reach out to customer service and they were very knowledgeable and they were able to help resolve the issue and resend my package

After countless emails stating I could customize my box with three items I finally gave in. After paying the site would not load and turns out it's because I customizations were closed for spring. It did not allow me the chance to select any items, but said my box was already selected. To top it off it didn't let me see not one thing that was going to be in the box when I hit the "view my box" option.
I always look forward to my fabfitfun box! It's been a high point during the pandemic. Great products and fun surprises!

Not cool. Not worth it. Quick to take my money but Once they've got it, they are content to let my order sit in a wherehouse for a month before shipping anything.

Great customer service! I have always had great customer service with fabfitfun. The employees that I have encountered have been very helpful, polite and go out of their way to try to help you. I love the items that I have gotten from them. My friends that I have given gifts to from the things I bought there have been very happy. I love being a member of this club.

I was very unhappy with the items in my box. I was not sent an email to pick my products. I was sent stuff that was just junk. Owen resolved the problem and offered me two products of my choice.
It was a good experience. I requested to have my subscription cancelled and I got a confirmation that it had be done

They were the same type of items all the time. For the last three seasons I never recieved my box. I have to call and email Fabfitfun just to get another box. It happens every time. I order online a lot and I don't have trouble with any other business like this. I don't have time nor should I have to continue to beg for the items I have already paid for. They are very prompt to take your money!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
