I left a review earlier today about how it's been a month since I was charged for my box and add ons and after all my complaints and chats no one can tell me when I'll receive my things or provide we with tracking. A few minutes ago I received a tracking number with 1 sponge coming my way. This sponge was one among several of my add ons. I received and email from FabFitFun customer care in response to my earlier review telling me that I have been sent a tracking number so I should be all set!

. I keep hearing and seeing on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, how wonderful the customer service is.
They all say, just reach out and tell them your issue/problem and it gets easily and quickly resolved.
I live in Ontario Canada, and in all my 61 years have not seen better, or quicker customer service, both in action and response time.

The experience was fine but the only trouble is my future orders were cancelled but I am receiving a box anyway
My call with fff was amazing! She was so helpful with any questions I had! I seriously feel like customer service is usually dreadful and this call showed me that isn't always the case! It is so nice to talk to someone who is kind and just makes you feel like you could ask anything and get the best answer possible!

I had not been pleased with my last box. I work a lot so I had missed my window for choosing items. Choosing was done for me. I was not very pleased with some of the choices. I also do feel your company is geared toward younger females. Clare was nice and went the extra to try and make me happy. She was very kind.
I feel I need to decide if I want to stay with the boxes or not. You may decide if you want to offer some items to females over 40.

My Spring Box unfortunately didn't get delivered due to unknown reasons and so they sent a replacement right away. I received it within the 2 week timeline I was advised about, and actually came in very quickly!
Then, an item unfortunately had leaked on the entire bottle and through the packaging. I wrote to customer care right away and Adam C. Was super helpful and kind. He is sending a replacement item. Even though I haven't had much luck with this Spring Box, FFF and their amazing professional staff have been wonderful and providing me with a positive experience! Thank you so kindly!

I have been with fabfitfun for four years! This is the first issue I have had with a box. An item was accidentally provided Instead of the item I chose. They responded to my email within 12 hours (during the weekend) and are sending me the replacement. Very quick and courteous response. I love my boxes! It is always a great deal and the products are a great value!

I love getting the FFF boxes. I love both being able to make some customized choices and being surprised at the same time. The products have introduced me to new brands and are nice enough to gift to someone if I decide not to use something.

They took care of it quickly, by sending the item I didn't receive.
The other item that was out of stock, they sent me an email informing me and that they would refund it to my bank. I had to reach out for the refund to be reimbursed.

Had I known that I'm paying for the product a month before it ever gets to my house I would have never ordered it and if it's not here by next week I'll dispute this this is terrible to have to wait this long

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
