I have still not received my annual spring box. As an annual member I was billed in February it should have shipped over a month ago. They are now selling extra spring boxes! Annual members are posting how they've gotten their annual box and the extra box they ordered after getting the annual 12 days ago and I haven't gotten my annual box yet. FFF says it should take about two weeks then it'll ship. Wtf?! So maybe I'll get my spring box at the same time they bill my summer box. Ugh. I'm seriously considering not renewing my membership.
I was repeatedly lied to, when i asked where my refund was, to someone who answers emails. I called my bank three times upset that it wasn't there when i was told by FFF that it was issued and in all reality wasnt til i repeatedly emailed. Then Called April 2, and find out the refund was issued April 1st! So i was lied to and made to look a fool. I have been a loyal member since 2017 I dont think i will be back. Since i still havent received all of my spring order either. I know sometimes other companies are shipped separately and the dog toys still havent come!
Fabfitfun has best customer service they go above and beyond to answer questions and fix mistakes. They are based in India I believe and outstanding!

I had a duplicate item in the same box. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately. I was asked to take a picture to show the duplicate item and without question they stated that a new item would be sent. The experience was nice and they took good care of my concern. It was amazing service!

I had accidentally signed up to yearly and got charged so was panicking, sent an email to customer services to explain what I had done... it was no bother to the customer service assistant who helped me out fully. Very good customer service A

I was very disappointed in this box. I did not get the product I customized. I did call and they will send it to me. I received 3 kinds of masks. I do not need 3 different masks. The products were very disappointing. I wish I could send it back or exchange it for other products. They sent me a detangler for my hair. I have straight hair. I have been a member of FabFitFun for a long time and discontinued my membership last year because the boxes were getting worse each season. They sent me pimple cream. I am 60 years old. I figured I would give it another try because they used to be great but this was the worst box yet. There customer service was very helpful and they will send me the customized item I was missing. I feel like who ever is fulfilling these orders do not pay attention to the profile that we filled out. They just ship blindly without taking the preferences they asked us about into consideration.

I did receive a quick response… And a $10 credit. My spring 2021 collection did not include any items except for one that was picked for me, the two other items are what I chose for myself. The other products were what I call as the leftovers from other seasons. None of those matched your season catalog which I sent to the company. They offered to do a $10 credit I would rather send whole thing back all of it... so I am saying that I did not get what I paid for.

I have been a customer since 2019 and had no issues. However, I ordered an add on item that was a drop ship from the vendor. The item I received was a gaming headset. I ordered a backpack. Not even close. When I received the shipment initially I thought my son might have ordered it. Nothing indicated it was an order placed through FFF. When I contacted FFF about the backpack status I was told it was delivered. That is when I realized the mistake. I reached out to FFF customer chat and was asked to provide a photo of the shipping invoice. I no longer had it. I had also recently canceled my annual subscription because I really did not need it any longer. Their resolve? They issued me a $10 credit on my closed account should I ever decide to come back as a customer... The fact that I am out $40 is not the issue. The $10 credit on my closed account is unacceptable.

I was unable to use the site on mobile but the customer service was fantastic. Nash was quick and efficient on all information. He was able to resolve my issues and was extremely helpful. Will do business again in future!

I recently moved, and unfortunately I changed my address too late when I remembered - my package was delivered to my old address and the tenants there stole the package. FFF without any question, verified my new address and shipped me a new box.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
