Awesome box! Love that I can customize some products and also still get a few surprise ones! Good quality products. Also needed to fix my order and customer service was great; fast response and willing to help. Honestly can say best customer service ever!

I've had FitFabFun for several years. I decided to stop my subscription this year after deciding you can have only so many water bottles and blankets/shawls/scarves. Not to mention the crappy electronics (my daughter's charging lamp caught fire). Since telling them I wanted to cancel, and realizing I'm stuck until my subscription runs out with the most recent box, I waited. The last two boxes (after unsubscribing) have been pushed aside and forgotten about. The shipping label for the last box I received was printed two months before the box was shipped. After I complained they shipped it. The last box I'm stuck with had a label made in January. I've heard about the contents of boxes my daughter and friends received. When I contacted them they offered me a discount if I resubscribed. Then, 3 weeks later created a new label using a different shipping company. The go-to excuse is the effect on the mail system of covid-19. How that has any effect on when the package is taken to be shipped would be an interesting story.
I was promised that if the box did not get shipped by the end of the day today they would help me. When I saw that the tracking is still showing it waiting to go to the latest delivery service, and demanded a refund the response was that a shipping label created is the same as being shipped. I bought extras through their expensive add-ons, so I am out the $50 box cost, plus $98 in add-ons. Only order this box is you have expendable cash (I don't), because they don't care about the customer.

Had some issues with bulling and was going to stop my subscription. Your staff was very kind and assuring and even gave me a % off to stick around. I love FFF but not the forum when people are so rude and cant control them selves. I no longer go on the forums or comment. Im OK with that but I do miss out on a lot of other fun stuff and people. Just a shame. I love FFF however, due to expenses and the economy I may have to lay out for a year or so once my current subscription is done.

In a few words, nobody gave me the chance to customize my box, and when I saw it was shipped with random items and not at least the 2 items I wanted, I was really pissed and thought about canceling but Justine saved the day and my 2 items are being shipped to me, now that's Customer Service!

I have been trying to track my Spring box for a week since the label was printed. The box hasn't had any other movement since the 31st of March.

I had an issue with my subscription. After posting an email, Eliza responded promptly within 24 hours. She understood and took care of the problem. All is good now and I can't wait to receive my Spring Box!
I almost didn't reup my subscription because of problems in the past. Eliza gave me new hope by been prompt and resolving issue in favor of customer, as ut should be.

There was some confusion when I moved. I didn't get my last box. I know it was sent out. He sent out another one no questions asked.

Signing up as new member, took survey which led to box choices. But it kept going and going and going, so I thought it was still doing the survey of it wanting me to make a choice out of 5 items, which is most like me or what would I choose out of those 5 options. I had no clue it was Add-Ons, for ADDITIONAL Items, no where did it say continue adding to your box. So when I noticed more charges to my credit card, I called a customer rep and she had me redo my choices of which 5 items I would like, BUT she did not cancel my previous order, although I explicitly told her I only wanted the BIG FabFitFun box ONLY. Now I have to pay to return your items back to your business which is unfair to make me pay for your customer service errors.

I am somewhat enjoying Fabfitfun.
Just wish there were more products that I actually want/need. Way too many options for skin care: moisturizers, etc. I have a skin care line I have been using for years, and am not interested in changing, so the plethora of skin care products is totally wasted on me. Also, some of the products are downright silly: I am looking at you, Lip Mask!
That being said, I love love love my Unhide L'il Marshmallow and my Lilly Pulitzer cups.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
