The first customer service representative was not helpful and did not offer resolution options for my issue (missing customization item). And he disconnected our call TWICE!
I finally called again and was helped by a more knowledgeable representative who was able to resolve my missing item quickly. Thankful for her help (Nona)

I've been with FFF for just over a year and I feel as though it's one of the best subscription boxes yet. I get quality name brand items for no name prices. The sales and Add-ons are amazing and there's something everyone. It's also tailored to your personal liking. Will be continuing my subscription for another year.

Had a few issues with the FFF site and have had to use customer care twice. Each time they have quickly resolved the issue and had positive, kind attitudes. My only recommendation is that they check their links before sending and make sure customers can actually track their packages from an email.

I love getting my FFF box. I really enjoy seeing what all I got. Sometime I would let you guys pick some of my stuff out and it was always good. Every person that text or email me was very nice and helpful. FFF seems like a nice company to work for.

I was considering canceling my subscription to my Fab Fit Fun quarterly box to try something else but have reconsidered. The other day I made a purchase by mistake on the Fab Fit Fun App. Moments after my credit card was charged I went to the online chat and messaged with "Nana". I explained the situation and within minutes my credit card charge was reversed. Since I had such a helpful, efficient and just a great experience I will keep my subscription to the Fab Fit Fun quarterly boxes. I do like receiving the up and coming new trends I find each month in my box. Thank you.

I've been a customer and my family and friends have been customers for some time. I got my mom and my three cousins and my niece to join. No I am greatly embarrassed as the service and products have just going downhill. Whether it be multiple orders that have been somehow forgotten and every time I order something that's in stock I get a notice weeks after saying sorry it's not available. I am Centennial member but both myself and all my family members already most of them have cancelled and I will not be renewing. I do not know what's going on but clearly no one cares about its customers and I'm sure the business is suffering for this seeing as it's all about the customers.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
