Usually, when you have to leave a message to ask a question, it takes at least a day to get an answer back. Not with fff. My question was answered in just a few minutes. It was accurate and personable. Just as I like it.

I had an issue receiving my very first box (spring) from my new annual subscription. I waited almost 2 months before contacting support via chat as I knew there would be shipping delays due to Covid. Support confirmed the issue, had me reselect my choices and advised I should receive a new box in about 3 weeks, all in about 10 mins. Very satisfied with the outcome.

My experience with one of the customer service representatives, Heart, was amazing. I asked for help in the live chat online and she very quickly helped me resolve my issue. However, we got disconnected online afterwards and she reached out via email to follow up and make sure I had succeeding in resolving the issue. I was very surprised by this level of customer care and it made my first experience with Fabfitfun as a new member very comforting.

Missing an add on item from last box (fall) and only realized I still had not received it when waiting/watching for shipment of winter box. I selected the item to use as a gift so hadn't gave it much thought as I just expected it would show up like they usually do. So as I was doing inventory & looking out for incoming shipments, I decided to contact FFF. Mary told me to let them know within 2 weeks normally but that she would take care of it. While I may occasionally have an issue with a shipment FFF customer care ALWAYS makes it right upon first contact!

I initially was going to cancel my subscription but decided to try one more year. Sadly my boxes are not cultivated as well as they used to be to my liking. I'm getting a lot of the same things again and again even with the customization options. Same products repeatedly. Also seems the number of customization and products have gone down in quality as well as the number of items. What happened?

Well I had cancelled my membership before and I have not idea how it got reopened, I didn't do it. The spring box I got was full of junk. I don't wear scarves, never asked for a plastic cactus drink cup, felt like it was for a 12 year old. Never wear watches and that was the only thing of value. It looked like you all were just cleaning out a drawer and you put in the box and shipped. I was asked by Max if I had personalize it NO cause it was not suppose to be sent. I Had cancelled. You all need to up your game. The box was bad and there are so many other companies doing the same and killing it.

I had an issue with my spring box and a few items missing. I was so impressed by the way it was handled after I emailed customer service that although I cancelled my membership, I may just reinstate. The service was excellent!

I love my subscription to Fab Fit Fun! They offer a wide variety of products with great prices and lots of sales to shop. Anytime I've had an issue they were quick to let me make a return or an exchange. Their customer service is second to none! I love my seasonal boxes and they are always full of things I use!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
