I've discussed this with a number of your managers and even after speaking with them i lost confidence with FabFitFun. I was really disappointing because i was looking forward to being a part of the FabFit Fun community.
This company is unethical and the way their website is set up seems illegal. Does not tell you a total at checkout. I made for certain I clicked one box and the next day I received an email that I was registered for annual and was being charged! When I went into complain they first made it seem like there was nothing they could do even though I was certain I didn't order an annual box. In the end they did cancel but it was ONLY after I stated it was fraud and I didn't authorize the charges. I looked up reviews just now on the better business bureau and saw similar reviews with some fake seeming 5 stars pushing the 1 star ones down —- I have ordered 2 boxes in the past and had no issues but after this I would never go to this site again. Buyer beware.

I've been a subscriber since I received my first box at CES 2017. I'm appalled by the heteronormativity of the promotional email I just received for a Valentine's Day gift for HIM. In today's environment, retailers must know better and do better! Inclusivity is key. You just lost yourselves a longtime customer.

My FFF membership makes me so happy! I'm an annual member, 3yrs now, so I get first dibs on customization. I've not had any issues with any products (other than I order too much). Great job FFF for giving this simple girl a chance at fancy!

FabFitFun has the very best assortment of high quality products in their subscription box every season. But, even better, are super attentive customer service reps who listen and understand if there is any sort of issue with a box or subscription. They always go above and beyond to resolve any issue. And, it's easy to get in touch with those who need to help. FFF really is the best.

FFF actually helped me fix my issues with a fear of spending money on myself. Probably my best decision was to become a member. I love the products, I love your values, and I love getting surprises regularly! The people working in customer service are so lovely and helpful! Besides, discounts and special offers are very pleasant.
And if you're still hesitant about the membership, just go for it.

Made the mistake of signing up for an annual subscription because of an Amex offer. Offer included $200 of bonus merchandise to sign up which in all actuality was worth less than the $5 grab bags that I used to buy at Spencer's as a kid( a pineapple ice cube tray, a plastic beach bag, a plastic pitcher, a travel mug & a pair of thigh high acrylic socks). All of the "bonus items" went straight in to the trash can. Way too much packaging and not quality items. Unfortunately, since I signed up for an annual subscription I am stuck with three more boxes whether I want them or not. Wondering if Amex can do anything for me to get out of this.

I like to buy Fabfitfun giftcards for my Goddaughter at Christmas time so that she can receive fun boxes throughout the year...and she has loved all the excellent.high quality items she has received!
The customer service with this company is the best I've experienced while buying gifts online!

I started up my subscription after about a 2 year break. I had built up so many products and needed the break. So I was excited to rejoin. The first box back I a little disappointed. I just got my customization products I picked. Nothing else. Packaging was not as nice as I remember. I contacted customer service. I was advised, there is less packaging, due to sustainability purpose. I can understand that. It just looks bare. Also I remember you use to get customization options and then additional products, which I really enjoyed, because it's like little surprises. Well I was told from customer service, after renewing they don't do that anymore. So I will only get what customization items I pick. I wouldn't have rejoined had I known things have changed like this. Not worth it in my opinion.

Recieved an email stating that my address needed more info. I contacted Lasership immediately with specific address directions and phone number, 3 days in a row. Each time I received an email saying that I would get a response within 48 hours. Day 5 I received"package returned to sender". This is the third time this has happened. I have asked FFF not to use this company. Though FFF is attempting to make it right, they will not send my returned box, and all of the customization items are no longer available. So frustrating! It completely changes thing for me because I can't get the items i chose.

I have rarely had a time where I've felt the need to contact cs but anytime I do they're always the best. They're fast, knowledgeable, insanely courteous, and super friendly.

As a seasonal member my box selections are available after the annual member. Logically there would be some items sold out but many times the offer another great choice. Seasonal members also cannot choose the last two selections like annual. There is a great group of selection from all different categories from personal care to jewelry to items for your home along with clothing, including some luxury brands of every category If I don't care for a certain item it always become an awesome gift for something already included in your box. So basically once you've selected the first or two items it's paid for it's itself. The winter box I selected a $75 luxury item I'd never be able to justify spending retail. The box is $59. Paid for itself. The rest of my items, which added up to just over $300 worth, were essentially free.
They've even started offering bundles for men that would make insanely great presents from GQ.
I know I would look like they're paying me to say nice things. Nope. I've fully enjoyed every single product myself or as an awesome gift. You never know, people with think you spent crazy money on something that only cost you about 12-15% of store prices.
So I guess I am bragging about them which will b for them but ONLY because I can't wait for the next box and the great deals in the member only store in between.
Btw, I am typically the person who gives the mean and snarky reviews about things or employee I disliked.I'm clearly type A and extremely dead pan sarcastic with zero tolerance for those who are intellectually and/or don't pay attention Not a fan of having to repeat myself to someone who wasn't listening or has the vocabulary of a third grader (obviously with the except of anyone disabled or challenged. (They get my utmost respect as they should)

Ordered a box on Black Friday. After I saw that all of the good items were "sold out", I cancelled the order, less than 30 minutes later. FabFitFun still charged me and still sent the first box. By Law, I have 72 hours to cancel a purchase. I cancelled it within 25 minutes but was still charged. And the box I got was full of junk items that I do not want. They won't let me return it. Shady practices by FabFitFun.

I purchased several items from FFF "Black Friday Sale" to include in FFF "surprise box (purchased on Black Friday Sale) with a FFF annual subscription as an Xmas gift. After purchasing I got this notice: "Depending on your order type, it may take 1-4 weeks to process and ship out." I immediately called and said I ordered the items to give to my daughter with an annual subscription I purchased for her for Xmas so she would have something to open. Could they please expedite the shipping, as 4 weeks will be after Xmas. The rep was very nice, but he said there was nothing he could do and could not guarantee the items will be delivered before Xmas. I felt very mislead and I believe they were DECEPTIVE. In my opinion, everyone believes that a "Black Friday Sale" is a sale to purchase items for the holidays However, with FFF, items most likely will come after Xmas. I will not order from them again. I have been an annual subscriber for at least five years. This may be the last...

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
