Disappointed in false advertising

I am a new member and the whole reason I signed up was to get the Black Friday box and the things advertised in it. I didn't get any of those things and some of them were even from obviously years ago and the wrong season. Including a pineapple shaped ice mold :|. Though this box is supposed to be "$300+" in value and I took the time to double check that with the things I got and it was quite below. I expected some stuff from what was advertised and at least from this year! I was going to refer friends but now that I see how my Black Friday box was I don't think I will.

Wasn't sure I had received my bonus but was assured by Roxanne at customer care. She listed the bonus items so I could check which I found very helpful! I got them all! So my bad :) .

All is well

I am not techy, but I decided to treat myself to a subscription to your company. Needless to say I kept waiting for a time to choose my items, i finally got into the System and it showed they were all surprise picks, not sure how that went wrong i have several make up subscriptions so idk where i failed but im sure it was me as technology is the devil to me i was born in 1976. But jack did not overwhelm me with a 100's, he
Believed my claims, and understood that maybe this
Was a real treat and not something done on a whim and as a single
Mother every dollar spent has to be meaningful. I was upset as i don't exercise, bake, i don't need a evening bad, but l do love make-up and skincare and home decor. Jack was efficient and understanding. A consummate professional.

Scam artists

I recently went onto FabFitFun just to check it out. And to my disappointment you have to have an account to just even look at the items that are available. So I reactivated my log in and they took the liberty to assume that I also wanted to reactivate my subscription too! I was livid when I heard from my husband that they had the AUDACITY to charge my credit card account without my consent twice! The first time was for a year's worth of boxes. My advice is to not bother with this company but if you choose to do so do not whatsoever save your card on file otherwise they'll charge it without content

Time to go.

When I joined it was very exciting to pick and receive your box, for the last two seasons were aweful, hard time to get in to the website to choose items, selection wasn't very good to pick from, I had to choose lots of "surprise me " items as nothing interested me. And once I finally got in and picked my Fall box I never received my box…… it was delivered to Calgary I have not moved. Still same address. Not happy, just recently cancelled my membership. Good luck, with your business…. Hope it improves.

Been a member for many years. Look forward to customizing and waiting for my box to arrive! It's something I splurge on for myself. I work so hard to put a roof over me and my child's head and spend all of my free money on her so it's nice to get something for me.
