I called because I couldn't get on the site. Kay was kind enough to send me the choices by text and I got my box ready! Very nice person!
I am a new member and the whole reason I signed up was to get the Black Friday box and the things advertised in it. I didn't get any of those things and some of them were even from obviously years ago and the wrong season. Including a pineapple shaped ice mold :|. Though this box is supposed to be "$300+" in value and I took the time to double check that with the things I got and it was quite below. I expected some stuff from what was advertised and at least from this year! I was going to refer friends but now that I see how my Black Friday box was I don't think I will.

When I didn't get my winter box I contact them, customer service was great, they still be resending me a new box

I recently went onto FabFitFun just to check it out. And to my disappointment you have to have an account to just even look at the items that are available. So I reactivated my log in and they took the liberty to assume that I also wanted to reactivate my subscription too! I was livid when I heard from my husband that they had the AUDACITY to charge my credit card account without my consent twice! The first time was for a year's worth of boxes. My advice is to not bother with this company but if you choose to do so do not whatsoever save your card on file otherwise they'll charge it without content

It's like Christmas in every box! I love getting the new products and enjoy the repeat ones too. I keep some for myself and gift others to family and friends.

When I joined it was very exciting to pick and receive your box, for the last two seasons were aweful, hard time to get in to the website to choose items, selection wasn't very good to pick from, I had to choose lots of "surprise me " items as nothing interested me. And once I finally got in and picked my Fall box I never received my box…… it was delivered to Calgary I have not moved. Still same address. Not happy, just recently cancelled my membership. Been a member for many years. Look forward to customizing and waiting for my box to arrive! It's something I splurge on for myself. I work so hard to put a roof over me and my child's head and spend all of my free money on her so it's nice to get something for me.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
