I love getting gifts but as an adult they come less and less. So I started spoiling myself! I love choosing my products, a wide variety of awesome things. And my friends get boxes too so sometimes we'll get together to choose our add-ons.

Web site did not display what I ordered. She made it clear my order was c erect explained why it did that. Told me when to check again and even asked if myself and me were healthy

Honestly, this was the best customer service experience I had in a while.
Took care of the issue withing couple of days and I still gotten email in between to say that they will get back to me as soon as they possibly can which was reassuring.
Problem was sorted immediately after receiving email from their team member.

I am an annual member and am supposed to get first choice of early customization. I was super excited to pick out a few things I really liked as well as add on one item for the additional $15. I checked my box last night, and made sure it was all set. For some reason, this morning when I checked, EVERYTHING had been changed. Not a SINGLE thing I had selected was in my box anymore, except for the add ons/extra $$ I was going to spend. WTF. I don't want or need any of the items in my box, which is why I didn't select those items in the first place. Even worse, the one item I was fine with paying $15 extra for got switched to some weird LED plant growing light! Why would I need that? Even better, why would I intentionally agree to pay extra for something like that? Oh that's right, I didn't. Their system did it for me. I signed up for annual membership and I'm going to cancel. I'd rather lose that inital $200 than get a box of junk that I'll just throw away. Total rip off and scam. SAVE YOUR $$!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
