Was happy with the service for the most part. Especially when I was able to customize my box. But I ended up feeling like it was just a bunch of random stuff that I had to figure out what to do with or where to store. It was fun getting gifts in the mail but just created clutter. Still would recommend but not for long term

I had missed the time frame for my box and Nami assisted me in making customizations over live chat. She was friendly, helpful and on top of it. One of the best live chat experiences I have ever had. She should train people!

Great way to try quality products at a fraction of the cost. Love that I can customize my box each season. I share the box with my teen. So the box has anti-wrinkle cream mixed with acne gel & trendy items. Great customer service too!

Four times a year a box arrives full of fun and useful products, everything is of excellent quality and beautiful. It's a guilt-free splurge and I love it. The customer service is friendly and helpful, I've been a customer for several years, and every time I've needed help they have cheerfully and quickly answered my questions.

I have been getting fabfitfun boxes for about two years. Typically I don't have issues but lately I had a few and every customer service rep I have spoke with has not only done their job exceptionally they send follow up emails. Their customer service really is top notch other companies could really learn from them.

The product saved in my annual box were not the ones that I had originally picked. Joe is able to switch them back to my original options. And for that I appreciate him. As I am a first-time customer and I was kind of disappointed when I saw that.

I had a problem with my FabFitFun order and had to call customer service. I was dreading the call! I thought the hold time would be never ending and the music while holding would be horrendous! Definitely not the case! I waited for less than 3 minutes and was able to speak to a kind and knowledgeable FFF customer representative. She solved my problem in no time! When we were finished she asked if she could help in any other way. I thanked her and told her I was grateful for her help. She solved my problem. I truly wish we had customer service that good in the USA!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
