Able to resolve problem. Only advice would be to let all of your call representatives know if the customer is using an American Express card the cvs # is the # on the front of the card not the back.

Troy was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, fun and thoughtful in answering my questions and soothing my frustration regarding receiving another FabFitFun box, without any customization. What I wish for is a calendar with all dates, customization dates, add-on dates, sale dates and etc.

Paid for a year when ordering first box because the info says " cancel at any time.". They don't mention that if you sign up for a year you must wait the year out before the cancellation goes into effect. Super sad face.

I received the wrong item in my box. I reached out via chat and offered to send back incorrect item for correct one. I was told I didn't need to but the correct item will be sent out. It was relatively quick and happy to have all the items I was looking forward to getting and appreciate the customer service!

I was in the hospital, therefore I was not able to access my fab fit fun account. I missed my add on window. I emailed FFF and Eliza responded to me almost immediately and on top of that, she offered me a small bonus gift. I am very pleased with FFF customer service. You are awesome!

I am not going to go into great detail BUT I received a box that I felt was not up to their usual standards and asked to either return or something. The response I received was NO REFUNDS or returns! As a courtesy the person I was speaking to said they would send me a couple of free items of my choice to make up for it. It all sounded great until I did not receive anything and when I called they said they could not send anything to a cancelled account. REALLY? WOW I cancelled my membership and still have not received any such free items.

I love being a subscriber. There are always lots of nice options to customize my box and I feel like I get a ton of value for the price. It's something I have to treat myself, like four birthdays a year. I also like the add ons and sales you get access to. There are so many great products at great prices. All the customer service interactions I've had were amazing; really quick, kind service. Totally worth the subscription price.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
