I was a member for about a year and thought I was done with FFF but I wasn't! They kept emailing me spoilers and finally I just reactivated. You get so much bang for your buck! It's great for sharing with other beauty lovers. And the boxes are so functional for storage.
Not only are the products amazing, but the customer service team is one of the best! Any time I've had an issue, they are quick to respond and resolve the issue with no problems! They go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for their clients and I am a very satisfied customer.

Just not happy with this overall. Oder a spring box then paid for the annual after didn't get to pick and thing so cancelled my annual. Told me I could not get the refund for the seasonal. I waited since March to get the spring box. And I just call in may because I never got it. End of story I got a refund

I was a member who loved being able to customize my boxes. Did so for three of them. Unfortunately, for some reason the last email about customization went to my email junk and I didn't realize until I actually got my fourth box with a bunch of stuff I wouldn't have picked. I asked to return and have a chance to customize but they said no.

Seems my extras went missing. I called FFF and they were so nice. Although the products I ordered were sold out, they refunded my account. Bummer because I was looking forward to trying the products but, nonetheless, great customer service

He was very nice talked very clear I understood all his words to me that's very important he answered all my questions it was very nice dealing with him. Also I was not on hold for a long time someone answers the phone mediately that shows great customer service I have my own business and I know that the person on the other end does not like or should I say not wait For all our time is very valuable. My box contain a gel product in a tube that split open. I called and the representative handled the situation quickly.

One of the items in my FFF Summer Box did not meet their shipping guidelines so it got replaced with another choice from that customization. I was not a fan of the replacement item that was chosen for me and I requested to have it replaced with a different item from the same customization and the representative did not have an answer right away but asked what item I would like instead and she would reach out to the team to see if she could make it happen. Later that day she emailed me that she was able to switch to my prefferred choice and needless to say I was very happy with the conversation and representative helping me as quickly as she did. I received a defective item and contacted customer service. It was immediately resolved in the direct chat option of customer service with a replacement order on it's way.

This is a year long gift for my daughter. My only complaint was a missing item from the picks. Shipping takes 2 weeks or more for this to be remedied.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
