Can't stay away!

I was a member for about a year and thought I was done with FFF but I wasn't! They kept emailing me spoilers and finally I just reactivated. You get so much bang for your buck! It's great for sharing with other beauty lovers. And the boxes are so functional for storage.

Amazing customer service

Not only are the products amazing, but the customer service team is one of the best! Any time I've had an issue, they are quick to respond and resolve the issue with no problems! They go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for their clients and I am a very satisfied customer.

I am Hooked!

I initially signed up because of one item in particular I wanted but now I am hooked! Even items I thought I would never use, I actually ended up loving. I highly recommend FFF!

Last time I'll oder

Just not happy with this overall. Oder a spring box then paid for the annual after didn't get to pick and thing so cancelled my annual. Told me I could not get the refund for the seasonal. I waited since March to get the spring box. And I just call in may because I never got it. End of story I got a refund

Fun but inflexible

I was a member who loved being able to customize my boxes. Did so for three of them. Unfortunately, for some reason the last email about customization went to my email junk and I didn't realize until I actually got my fourth box with a bunch of stuff I wouldn't have picked. I asked to return and have a chance to customize but they said no.

Missing extra box

Seems my extras went missing. I called FFF and they were so nice. Although the products I ordered were sold out, they refunded my account. Bummer because I was looking forward to trying the products but, nonetheless, great customer service

He was very nice talked very clear I understood all his words to me that's very important he answered all my questions it was very nice dealing with him. Also I was not on hold for a long time someone answers the phone mediately that shows great customer service I have my own business and I know that the person on the other end does not like or should I say not wait For all our time is very valuable. Great customer service :)

One of the items in my FFF Summer Box did not meet their shipping guidelines so it got replaced with another choice from that customization. I was not a fan of the replacement item that was chosen for me and I requested to have it replaced with a different item from the same customization and the representative did not have an answer right away but asked what item I would like instead and she would reach out to the team to see if she could make it happen. Later that day she emailed me that she was able to switch to my prefferred choice and needless to say I was very happy with the conversation and representative helping me as quickly as she did. Thank you Heart!

Happy with purchase

This is a year long gift for my daughter. My only complaint was a missing item from the picks. Shipping takes 2 weeks or more for this to be remedied.
