I have been annual member for a few years, this summer with the changes I decided to get a second annual subscription. I'm excited with what's coming. Also, loving that now they are giving anniversary gifts that's thoughtful.

Used live chat for in-time help cancelling an order. Representative was very helpful and understanding of my choice. He even offered an additional product, but after I declined did help me cancel. I appreciated both of these options and prompt response.

I was missing several items from my summer box add ons. I contacted customer support via phone. The agent was professional and polite. He checked and found the items I was missing were being shipped directly from the retailer. He went item by item to explain it all to me. Answered all my questions and was very helpful

I updated my seasonal membership to an annual and was over charged, the company was great for fixing the mistake and making sure the customer was happy! So far very impressed with FFF's customer service!

Aryana, the cust svc rep was Awesome. Your site stinks. You get all of my information including cc info, charge my card & I haven't even seen what you have to sell. That's like handing $40 to the guy at the door just to go inside & pick up a box you have no idea what it is & you are under contract for future purchases. Wth? I was just checking you out cuz Jennifer Love Hewitt posted your site on her fb page. I am going to tell her about how crappie your site is & how it is basically a scam to people who don't fight back. This is so terrible wrong the way you are set up. How do you take people's money without letting them see what's going on & what they are getting.

Honestly fff has been instant sisterhood in a box for me. Everything from being a part of an online community. To keeping a gift stash for close friends and family. Plus it's always wonderful to get a little something for yourself. My sisters now remind each other when customizations open and curate our boxes together.

I wouldn't of canceled had fff had sent me the regular email to let me know when customizing my order was open to start customizing. I missed that opportunity and it made me just want to forget the whole thing. Also I was feeling like my choices were slim. A lot of repeat items and not enough new items

I needed assistance with a large charge that came through. The representative was very understanding to my situation and although there are no refunds or returns allowed for a one-time cancelation. This was able to be done since the authorization had just went through within 3 hrs. SO GREATFUL!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
